This has been a rumor since day 1 of Haslams ownership. Who gives a shit until it actually happens?

Manning is a QB playing in the league, who gives a fuck? LaFailtora doersn't have anything else better to write? LOL what a hack.

Was listening to the replay today on Farmer's presser and damn...had to LOL at Farmer in that he sounds exactly like the lawyer on Seinfeld. As for the job he's done, I give a an incomplete. Everybody wants to blame him for all these no plays for his picks/FA signings. But it's as clear as the nose on your face that..1. Pettine has no anility to judge talent and 2. Pettine wants Farmer to look as bad as possible so that he becomes his scapegoat.

I will be giving the Ol' Tiernan play by play on this one. Manzier will be injured by half - most likely something to do with his shoulder.

We can't wait for your insightful commentary

Somewhere a mod is thinking "shit Tiernan wasn't banned from this thread yet? Well let me fix that..."

With Haslam bringing in Bill Polian as the new GM to groom Manning for the role?

I see nothing about that, but I would obviously take Polian.

I'm torn right now in that I want Johnny to play like a stud, but doing so could possibly be the only thing that breaths life back into this regime and that is completely unacceptable at this point.

I don't think you'll have to worry about him playing like a stud this week. If he's "ok", he'll deserve a second start against Pittsburgh as I'm skeptical McCown will be ready to go by then. If JFF sucks in these two outings, I could see them going back to McCown after the bye against the Rats.

I have a weird feeling the Browns win tonight and manziel plays well. We'll probably lose by 40 but I had the same feeling against the Ravens and I knew we'd lose vs Oakland so we shall see if I'm a fucking psychic.
  • DeyDurkie5
Find out if Manziel is the future. Don't bench him again.

    I think Cleveland wins.

Cincy faithful has been chirping nonstop. They are due.

It will be nothing short of a miracle if they do. They haven't been able to establish any sort of running game which means JFF will probably end up slinging it but, to whom? Benjamin & Barnidge are their only options. We'll probably see some of Mike Holmgren Jr (aka The Paycheck Thief, Dwayne Bowe) tonight.

Browns aren't winning this game LOL.

Anyway, solid read. Pretty sad ending, and not one I particularly agree with.

Don't necessarily agree with the ending but it's going to be quite some time. The optimism about the "pieces" they had to build on was fools gold. The cupboard is pretty bare with this team.

Gordon getting suspended was the beginning of all the momentum being ruined.

Makes you wonder if they would've had Gordon this year, along with Benjamin & Barnidge emerging. That would be a nice trio of receiving weapons but they still can't run a lick and the defense couldn't stop a CYO team.

Why I made my comment is that this team is probably going to be hurting, going forward. The O-Line, which we all thought was going to be a strength, will have a one year older JT (and yes, his play will start to slip), Bitonio (who is solid), Mack will be gone, RG is going to be wide open and Schwartz is "so so" and I think a FA.

QB & RB, on offense are still a question.

On defense, there's not a single player I consider an "impact/stud." At one time, I thought that was Haden. Not anymore.

This is likely going to be a total blowup.

And not hitting on the first rounders.

Manziel starting is an instant loss. He's the worst QB in the league and its not even close.

Browns will get a moral victory if we lose by less than 3 TDs.

No fucking way the Browns win with Manziel in Cincy

Michael Johnson and Geno Atkins will have big big games

Nice response, fanboy. Paint me a picture of why there should be optimism with this team. Guarantee I can probably refute just about every thing you say. And something besides your usual "rah, rah PLAYOFFS!!!" with no substance behind it. Here's your chance, MAKE me a believer....
