Heretic
They're in even more disarray than the Knicks/Lakers show. Owner's a dipshit. Karl wants their best player out, leading to rumors of them potentially firing him before he even coaches a game. They traded a bunch of stuff, including picks, to clear salary space. And now, no one worth shit wants to go there for that money they can offer.wildcats20;1738588 wrote:Sacramento has offered Wes Matthews 4 years, $64M. -

Right now, if the Knicks could convince Chris Dudley to sign with them they'd pass it off as "their guy."friendfromlowry;1738592 wrote:Knicks close to getting their guy!*

I fully expected them to get crazy and offer D-wade a max deal. -

Got a chuckle at this headline. "Nets adding young talent."
Thomas Robinson is 24 and the Nets are his 5th team in 4 years. Career 5.1 PPG. -
robj55Jordan to the Mavs, 20 million a year for a guy with literally zero offensive game, this NBA is crazy.

Will be interesting to see how good he is overall w/o a pg spoonfeeding him dunksrobj55;1738673 wrote:Jordan to the Mavs, 20 million a year for a guy with literally zero offensive game, this NBA is crazy. -

They can't dump it into him and have him score consistently, he has shown no back to the basket game. Maybe he just wanted to have a bigger role and not be the third wheel anymore.gport_tennis;1738674 wrote:Will be interesting to see how good he is overall w/o a pg spoonfeeding him dunks -
wildcats20Rondo agrees to a 1 year, $10M deal in Sacramento.

Don't forget about Robin Lopez making $54 million. And he was what, their 4th or 5th big man option? It's literally "We have a lot of money and no one else to spend it on."robj55;1738673 wrote:Jordan to the Mavs, 20 million a year for a guy with literally zero offensive game, this NBA is crazy. -
sleeperAldridge to the Spurs. Incredible team now in SA.
-
wildcats20Looking to add David West too.
-
Lovejoy1984Heard Cavs getting in the mix for David West, sounds like a double negotiation ploy though.

sportswizuhrdSouthwest Divison big men...
Dallas - Dirk and Jordan
Houston - Howard and Josh Smith
Memphis - Gasol (IMO, he re-signs) and Z-Bo
New Orleans - Davis, Asik
San Antonio - Duncan and Aldridge
Wow. Top 10 big men from the Eastern Conference don't even stack up to that. Love, Mozgov, Monroe, Gasol, Bosh, Milsap, Horford, Jefferson, Drummond and Brook Lopez? -
sportswizuhrdHibbert to the Lakers for what I am guessing is a Trade Exception.

wildcats20Lakers sign Lou Williams to a 3 year, $21M deal.

Russell will lead the league in assist attempts and fewest shots taken for as many minutes he will get. Kobe, Swaggy P and Lou, Russell will never get the ball back.wildcats20;1738900 wrote:Lakers sign Lou Williams to a 3 year, $21M deal. -

sportswizuhrdKG re-signs with the T-Wolves. First player ever to play in his teens, 20's, 30's and if he sticks the contract out, his 40's.

EDIT:
Just found it. If he goes back to LA Cuban is going to be livid. I can't imagine what venom he'll be spewing. It already seems wierd that we have 1 week of FA before contracts can be signed. Can someone explain what purpose the week between offers being given/accepted and being able to sign them serves? -
MulvaThe clips definitely won the emoji battle on twitter.
-
Azubuike24If he goes back to LA, so be it. I think it's absolutely stupid that we hear all this "so and so agrees to the deal" a week before they can actually sign the deal. It just sets teams up to have guys change their minds at the last minute. You're basically playing your hand and letting everyone else evaluate it for a week...
