    Bylsma actually fired today.

Jim Rutherford named the GM also. He didn't wait long.

I'm going to reserve judgment on JR until after the draft and the start of FA. Jason Botterill stays and is Associate GM now with Guerin and Fitzgerald as Assistant GM's. Coaches I would like to see interviewed. Hell, I'll give you the HC and one the AC I want.

    HC-Guy Boucher
    AC-Rick Tocchet

Just need 1 AC and a goalie coach.

Rangers continue to choke, fucking awesome.

Yeah I would be sick if I were Columbus fans. So many former Bluejackets in this series

How exactly is NY choking? LA is just better. Most knew this coming in.

Yeah, it seemed to me that general consensus was this wouldn't be a very long series.

blew the first two games after having 2 goal leads. That's choking. You take a 2 goal lead into the third, you should win.

Really exciting as 5 games series go. Kings deserved to win the series.

Fantastic game. Kings just dominated from the 3rd period on. No question the Kings were the best team in the playoffs this year.

Amazing thing was just how vulnerable they looked in the first round, with the Sharks nearly having them eliminated and Quick being an implosion waiting to happen about every night. Then they hit a new level, got through that series and just were head and shoulders better than anyone else the rest of the way.

This is what a celebration looks like. Goal horn blaring, people losing their minds, brotherhood and respect. Football, baseball, basketball, soccer, etc. Nothing comes close to how it feels to win the Stanley Cup.

No way I would've stuck around for a handshake line after losing the cup. Feel bad for Lundqvist, likely will be his only shot at a cup.
