You seem bitter because Boston is a trashy community. Seriously though it's racist as fuck there, I know two black people who had to move back to the Midwest because the glass ceiling is so strong there for minorities and they couldn't advance their position at all. queencitybuckeyeSomeone from Toledo who's a Detroit sports fan calls anywhere else in the world trashy?
Occam's razor would suggest your friends' lack of success is more attributable to their hanging out with losers (i.e. you) than the color of their skin. -
Raw Dawgin' it
So you have two cry baby friends who couldn't hack it in a city with a healthy economy so they make the race excuse? Ok. You're the wussy who wouldn't even make an avatar bet. Clearly you didn't think they had a chance again Boston. Also, you realize you're making light of a terrorist attack right?Classyposter58;1612656 wrote:You seem bitter because Boston is a trashy community. i thought the same thing. in fact i lost a dinner bet w/my gf cause i said no way they are playing back to back with travel...smh -
AutomatikI'd be pissed if I was a player for either team.
Nothing is going on at MSG tomorrow, so I was just wondering the reasoning for it. -

Especially if I was a Rangers player. Didn't they have back-to-back game with travel involved for 6 and 7 vs. Philly?Automatik;1612723 wrote:I'd be pissed if I was a player for either team.

Yes. They played Tuesday and Wednesday last week.Heretic;1612725 wrote:Especially if I was a Rangers player. Didn't they have back-to-back game with travel involved for 6 and 7 vs. Philly?
Also, last night was the most complete game the Pens have played all year. That's the type of game you need to play, get back to the way they played in 2009. Speed and hard forechecking. Bylsma actually made a good move in scratching Glass who flat out sucks and putting Gibbons in there. -
AutomatikVery entertaining game, both teams smacking the shit out of each other.
B2b games could be an issue tonight....maybe sloppy and high scoring. -
thavoiceJust when I was writing the Pens off against the CBJ, MAF comes out and actually plays well in back to back games.
Just setting us all up for an epic collapse. -

Boston is easily the most racist city in the North. Heck the N word was trending on Twitter in Boston after PK's goal lolRaw Dawgin' it;1612695 wrote:So you have two cry baby friends who couldn't hack it in a city with a healthy economy so they make the race excuse? I gotta ask man, what is with the Habs that cause such a headache for the Bruins? The speed? They're effective against everyone in the league, except the Habs. Is it a case of the Pens losing their minds against Philly type deal? I personally think so since everyone on that team can't stand Subban except Marchand and Bergeron. Plus the speed and rivalry factor. Rask gave up a massive softie to Dale Weise, Dale fucking Weise.Raw Dawgin' it;1613455 wrote:Bruins ran a "we stare at the puck and leave men open" last night, it's neither boring or effective. -

Such a huge rivalry it gets in some of the guys heads. Subban is the worst man, he's a mix between cocky and good and I think guys want to take his head off so bad they lose their focus. Detroit was a lot faster than Boston, but Boston steam rolled them. I don't even think Montreal has great forwards, they just seem to get under Boston's skin in a bad way. Also, Rask sucks against them. I can't fault him for the first two goals, PK absolutely smoked him, but the Weise goal...killer. What sucks more is Boston can totally beat Price, but something about Montreal makes them totally lose their focus.End of Line;1613470 wrote:I gotta ask man, what is with the Habs that cause such a headache for the Bruins? Raw Dawgin' itI forget how much I hate the Canadians until we play them. Pacioretty, Subban, Plekanecs, that ***** Gallagher, fucking Vanek...i feel like i'm on the verge of a Rock meltdown when I watch Boston play Montreal. Subban and Pacioretty are by far the worst, i felt good when Subban took out Vanek, until he made Rask look stupid on that breakaway. And to top it off we have his brother starting for the AHL Bruins...i can't root for a Subban.

It's just like how the Pens play the Flyers. Utter chaos. Montreal only has 3 legit top 6 forwards in Pacioretty, Vanek, and Plekanec. I like Pacioretty just for the fact he's American. Other than that, nah. Gallagher is troll on the ice and I can't stand him either but I'd like him on the Pens along with Subban. I still see this going 7 games though the only difference is that instead of Horton being a beast you have Iginla who I've yet to see kick into another gear like last year and Montreal has more depth than they did 3 years ago and Subban and Price have come into their own.Raw Dawgin' it;1613472 wrote:Such a huge rivalry it gets in some of the guys heads. If Boston can focus and not take stupid penalties then I think they can roll this team, hell any team for that matter. But they need to forget that it's Montreal and just play how they've played all year.End of Line;1613512 wrote:It's just like how the Pens play the Flyers. Utter chaos. You and every Bruins fan. Honestly, as good as PK is, i don't think i could cheer for him if he were on the Bruins haEnd of Line;1613513 wrote:When they drafted his younger brother all I thought to myself was, "Boston just drafted a Subban?" -

That's the thing, I don't know if they can control their emotions further along in the series. Lucic hate Emelin and takes dumb penalties against him, and the mentality they play with of "poking the bear" can hurt you in the long run. Taking runs and shots at players isn't going to help win games being in the box. Julien is being played by Therrien and I'm surprised it's working.Raw Dawgin' it;1613543 wrote:If Boston can focus and not take stupid penalties then I think they can roll this team, hell any team for that matter. Could you imagine if the B's drafted the 3rd Subban brother? haha. -

I agree with your top statement. Are players not controlling themselves the same as being out coached? I guess it is. Rask went off on his defenders and also took blame for the Subban goal for not slapping his stick with 10 left on the penalty. I thought the Bruins played really well, but Montreal buried their opportunities and Boston didn't. But I agree with you, all comes back to staying focused. They won a cup a couple years ago after going down 0-2 to the Habs, they can recover.
On another note - i take back everything good I said about Nash, he's incredibly overrated. -
TedSheckler
Samsies. He's just terrible. MSG was booing him every time he touched the puck. Well worth the 8M/yr., I'd say.Raw Dawgin' it;1613828 wrote: On another note - i take back everything good I said about Nash, he's incredibly overrated.
