    1st Rd A-
    2nd Rd C
    3rd Rd B

I would consider Jarvis falling to them tremendous and an A+

I think the bell pick was awful though...like a D.

I know nothing about their 3rd pick

Jarvis was very very high until his 40 yard dash.

I think way too much emphasis is put on 40 times...Unless it involves a wr. He is quick and makes plays...watching the tape, he passes the eye test

I agree unless it's really fast for a position or really slow. He seems like a quality guy that gets it.....hopefully he ends up an A+

I agree about Bell. Too early. They were really high on him. Probably could have picked him later. Wheaton was a solid 3rd round pick. Draws comparisons to AB.

I think they did very well.

Landry Jones and Justin Brown may never do a thing but 6 of the 8 picks I like to have a chance to contribute.

I'm gonna give the Steelers a A-/B+ grade on this draft. I loved the Jarvis Jones and Shamarko Thomas picks. I don't dislike Le'Veon Bell (although I wanted Franklin from UCLA) but I think they reached a bit there. Wheaton was a good choice IMO. I'm sure he's not as fast as Wallace was but #17 was insanely fast. Wheaton brings some needed speed back to the WR corps. The Landry Jones and Justin Brown picks were good ones as they added depth at positions that needed it and have some potential there. Hawthorne adds some depth to the secondary so that pick was OK. Vince Williams was a WTF pick. I like the Nick Williams (DT from Samford) pick for a 7th rounder. Overall, I thought they did pretty well. Jones and Thomas are the guys that I'm really excited about. I hope Bell lives up to what the Steelers see in him.

Baltimore and Cincinnati had really strong drafts too. I'd give B-more an A+ and Cincy a A-/B+.

Steelers sign the dude with a horrible horrible name ....Guy Whimper

At least he's a big ol lineman.
