I tend not to read many of your posts for obvious reasons and I realize that you get off on attention....but who do you root for? I never see you in nfl threads...usually just college trolling -
IggyPride00The first 2 weeks are going to be a major problem for this team.
They looked crappy tonight with Gordon. Take him away and there are no weapons at receiver.
I hope I am wrong, but scoring points is going to be an issue it seems as we saw the same stagnant dry stretch tonight that we used to see for long periods last season.
Avoiding an 0-2, 1-3 kind of start is imperative to keep this season on track because it will start spiraling out of control quickly if they start slow as everyone will be looking for a new QB. You almost have to tank then because you aren't getting one without a high pick because free agency is always barren of quality QB's. Not a good way to start off a new regime. -

You do realize they play the Dolphins week 1, no? I'd hope they can get by them with or without Gordon.IggyPride00;1490943 wrote:The first 2 weeks are going to be a major problem for this team.

We are 1-13 in openers since coming back.Pick6;1490950 wrote:You do realize they play the Dolphins week 1, no? I'd hope they can get by them with or without Gordon.
Take nothing for granted. -

Wasnt aware any prior seasons had anything to do with this year.IggyPride00;1490954 wrote:We are 1-13 in openers since coming back.

Commander of AwesomePick6 trying to be a hardass, I agree Iggy. This young team needs to get off to a solid start to avoid a young team getting down. This team sees early results will only improve the locker room.
-
Laley23The Browns schedule is (slightly) backloaded. So they need to pile up the wins early to have a cushion to fall back on.

You do realize the dolphins were 7-9 last year and are expected to contend for a playoff spot, no?Pick6;1490950 wrote:You do realize they play the Dolphins week 1, no? I'd hope they can get by them with or without Gordon. -
royal_kHad to work so I didn't get to watch or listen to the game. But it sounds like they weren't ready to play at the level they played at the first two games, especially on offense. And consistency is something that's important in winning teams. Thankfully it was preseason and hopefully they can learn from it.

Tiernan
Whoever is playing the Browns & Ravens each week.wes_mantooth;1490914 wrote:I tend not to read many of your posts for obvious reasons and I realize that you get off on attention....but who do you root for? I never see you in nfl threads...usually just college trolling -

There always has to be some dumbass every season who pokes his head in the Browns thread. His feelz typically gets hurt too. Said_failota was the dipshit last year, I guess Tiernan is in the early running to be the guy this year. I don't think his feelz will get hurt, but hopefully he drinks himself to death.wes_mantooth;1490914 wrote:I tend not to read many of your posts for obvious reasons and I realize that you get off on attention....but who do you root for? I don't buy the Dolphins being a playoff team. They have looked like shit, and losing their LT has been causing them trouble. With that being said, it's the Browns, and I don't trust the Browns any home opener.Benny The Jet;1490978 wrote:You do realize the dolphins were 7-9 last year and are expected to contend for a playoff spot, no? -
like_thatI just watched the condensed rewind. Also, why was Skrine covering reggie wayne? He was working Skrine.

They aren't going to be 2-14 either, though. It's a toss-up game, especially without Gordon.like_that;1491009 wrote:I don't buy the Dolphins being a playoff team. TiernanAdd the Jets and Oakland to my hope they lose every week wish list.
