    Sean Spence was placed on IR today. Trai Essex and Jeremy Kapinos were among those waived today.

    I'm assuming it's about a long term deal if he signed his 1 year tender. I didn't read the article attached to the tweet. I believe it was an Adam Schefter tweet.

    That's the right decision to make there. Kudos to him if that situation arises. Maybe he has matured some and now his priorities are in order.

    Isaac Redman will start tonight. Ryan Clark obviously won't play due to his sickle cell trait and James Harrison is probably out too.

    Good to hear, especially since the team is getting about 2.1 yards per carry, it seems. The quick passing game is working nicely, but it'd be nice to have at least the legit threat of a running game.

    OK steelers fans. Havent seen any games, or highlights or even any articles since the Jets game.

    I know TP and Harrison have been out, and Mendenhall as we pretty much knew.

    Last game I got to see was the jets and I liked how the offense was commiting to the run a little bit more and just how the O was clicking.

    Give me the low down on what has happend starting the oakland game so I can get caught up

    Indeed. They did bump off some group of weaklings last night. Good to see they finally found an opponent weak enough for them to beat on the road, as the mighty Tennessee and Oakland squads were too tough in that situation.
