shook_17there is no value in a RT at the 3 or 4 spot. you go playmaker either offensive side or defensive.

i thought he wasBR1986FB;1030816 wrote:Wasn't Pace a left tackle? -
ytownfootballOh he was def. LT
-
like_thatYes LT, I was just thinking tackle in general, but good point definitely a big difference between an LT and RT.
-

You can justify a top 5 pick for a LT but there's no value in using a pick that high on a RT. Hell, I probably wouldn't draft a RT until late 1st, early 2nd.ytownfootball;1030824 wrote:Oh he was def. LT -

No question about it, as I said just me hatin' on Mark May who I can't fucking stand.BR1986FB;1030833 wrote:You can justify a top 5 pick for a LT but there's no value in using a pick that high on a RT. Hell, I probably wouldn't draft a RT until late 1st, early 2nd. -
royal_kThis just in....RG3 Has a very quick release.
-
BR1986FBHaha...RG3 pulled a "Tebow."
-
SportsAndLadyWhy is everyone taking ytowns rt comment serious lol sounded to me like a clear jab at mark may not a serious comment lol
-
royal_kThis Price guy looks pretty fucking good, too.
-
BR1986FBYeah, definitely the Arena Bowl. 88 points, 900+ yards of offense still in the 3rd quarter....
-
royal_kI mean neither team can play defense. But both of these QBs are impressive.
-
shook_17see that deep ball. tight spiral. even though he over threw him damn. very impressed by both qbs.
-
buckI would like to the browns to look at zebrie sanders (right tackle)from fsu in the 2nd round.
-
royal_kLaugh Out Loud. This is a track meet.
-
OQBI think RGIII comes out this year, either way he will be the #2 QB in the draft.....behind Luck and Barclay.

BR1986FBI'm posting a link to a thread from the OBR. Look at the response at 10:44am from SOBOdawg responding to Buckeyedawgs. SOBO, as COA can attest, is a well repected poster. Guy was a college coach and, I believe, a scout. What SOBO responds with is a lot of what I've been trying to say about Colt. I "like" the guy but just don't think he has "it."

He response was right on. I'll admit I was one that was against drafting another QB this year. And it was probably for the wrong reasons. I like Colt and believed he didn't have the proper pieces to succeed. But after watching him this season, I believe he will never be the guy I thought he'd be. So, I've changed my mind. If we have a chance at drafting one, we have to.BR1986FB;1031252 wrote:I'm posting a link to a thread from the OBR. Look at the response at 10:44am from SOBOdawg responding to Buckeyedawgs. I wanted McCoy to succeed. How could you not? Guy is likeable, a hard worker and it seems like a leader. All of those things are GREAT but if the skill set on the field doesn't translate, those things don't matter.royal_k;1031292 wrote:He response was right on. Commander of AwesomeSobodawg is a well known and respected scout among the drafting community. He's been on TV/Radio as well as drafting podcasts/websites etc....

ytownfootballI don't see Colt being dealt pre-draft day simply because, he's not that good for one thing and there just aren't many "Quinn" deals out there. I mean, you put out feelers, but don't see that happening. He would be a draft day throw in I suppose.

Pick6watching this sports science on ESPN talking about Tim Tebow. His "new" throwing motion he had when training for the draft and the one he had in college. Its showing that he has, in fact, reverted back to his old throwing motion. These habits these dual threat QB's have had all of their lives are hard to break. Griffin not stepping into a lot of his throws could be, and will hold him back in the NFL if he doesnt get it fixed and stay away from it.

so you are basing griffins potential in the NFL on tebow's throwing motion?Pick6;1031399 wrote:watching this sports science on ESPN talking about Tim Tebow.
