2 things...
1) The Morgan play was not an accident. Morgan sought out the catcher and gave him a shove to the back. Not sure what he was doing, but he was doing it on purpose. The catcher didn't really even get all that upset about it. However, I will say this I laugh at somebody trying to say Morgan was trying to knock him over.
2) Nobody is getting defensive LHSlep. Everybody is making fun of you. You didn't actually think you were going to get a free pass after you declared the Cardinals to have the better offense (because of 3 games/you chose to ignore a season of stats) did you? The Cardinals recent slide ensured that you were going to get some sort of flak. -

I do have to admit that it's bizarre how St. Louis apparently thought the race was over after sweeping Cincinnati. They're not just falling off the face of the earth, but they're doing it during the part of the schedule where they had a substantial "strength-of-schedule" advantage over the Reds. Cincy pulled ahead during a west coast trip (usually a nightmare for them), while St. Louis fell apart against teams like my Pirates, the Cubs and Nationals. -
