Yeah, and I'm gonna "pole" vault over the Empire State Building "hands free." -
KR1245Bucher's latest: An NBA exec: "Who does a 1-hour special on how you just ripped the heart out of your hometown?" Now a 1-hr special on why you stayed...

haha. Reghi said the Cavs are working on something "big". He says this shit all the time though. I dont put anything into it. -
Tigerfan00Wes is just saying that because CP3 is at the Nike Camp with James. No way in hell does Cleveland have anything to give for Paul.

Wooballjpake1;414369 wrote: Is there a trade out there that makes great sense for everybody? I'd target the Jazz, and try to send West (cut), Andy, and maybe a filler. Andy seems like a guy Sloan would like, and cutting money to the Jazz is something they like. Even then, they'd need a center with the MLE, or find a way to get a good center by sending out Jamison.
These are the 2 deals I would be exploring extensively if I am Chris Grant:
Al Jefferson from Minnesota. They have stated they want to free up playing time for Kevin Love and their GM stated they would be willing to trade Al. A deal centered around Delonte West (who could be bought out immediately) and some combination of other expiring contracts could free up $ to allow them to add players at a position of need. Would also see if they would be interested in Mo Williams to provide them some scoring off the bench and to help make salaries work, try to get Ramon Sessions in return to play back-up PG. People can knock Mo, but he can score the basketball and was an all-star.
Monta Ellis from the GSW. have been interested in Anderson in the past, and have been rumored to be in trade talks in the past. Also, Stephon Curry is the Truth, and the Warriors want to turn the team over to him. IMO Curry and Ellis are to much alike to play in the same back court. Both are undersized 2 guards that can also play some PG. The Warriors could add a C/PF that can get up and run and defend. I know he is similar to Biendris, but I think it would work. Could also offer up a future #1 as well as another guard or forward not named JJ Hickson.
Line-up would be:
Ellis, MLE SG, LBJ, JJ, Jefferson
Bench: Jamison, Re-sign Shaq, Powe, Sessions, Green, Boobie
Would be a very quick and athletic starting line-up, would be interesting to see play in showtime type offense with LBJ doing most of the ball handling.
Will this happen? I'm sure not, but I would be trying hard if I am the Cavs to see if it is possible. -
Swamp FoxAs Arte Johnson used to say on the old 'Laugh In" show........"Very interesting......but stupid!" It appears that all of the posturing and plans to create a super team that would vanquish all others and be lead by Lebron, is all but over. The NBA will be different in places next season, but then it always is, but it doesn't appear that much has changed as far as the balance of power. It appears that it will once again will be the Celts and the Lakers and a few clubs will take pot shots at the two leaders unless Lebron goes somewhere like Miami, which I hope he doesn't do. If he stays in Cleveland, which would be a wonderful gesture to the fans who have supported him from the day he arrived, and if that should end in a Championship for the Cavs, terrific. If it doesn't, it's still smacks of a classy move that will solidify the bond between Cavs fans and Lebron. I still think that Cleveland will win a title in the relatively near future and if Lebron can be satisfied with counting his money for a year or two, everything the fans and Lebron initially envisioned, will come to pass.

IggyPride00Breaking News!!! My sources tell me Lebron will announce that he will be goin to the NY KNICKS tomorrow on ESPN.. This is serious.. WOW!!!!
That is what Jared Dudley of the Suns has been tweeting out the past 2 hours. I wonder if he is just talking shit and making stuff up, or maybe Amare has been trying to tell people this since he is now a Knick. That's what I'm hearing.. I don't care where he goes lol.. I personally thought he would stay in Cleveland.. -
gibby08That is the talk is that A'mare had been telling him that LBJ is coming to NYK

Which means we can all expect at least one more about-face change of probable/possible destination. Da King doesn't put together a one-hour selection special to have A'mare spill the beans a day early. Now, I'm saying he's going to New Jersey just to teach the Knicks organization a lesson in keeping mouths shut.

thedynasty1998If Lebron goes to the Knicks to join forces with Amare, Dan Gilbert should sue Ferry for all the money he's going to lose in the Cavs franchise. Ferry should have brought him in at the deadline and then maybe both are resigning for a shot at a 2nd straight championship. Just sayin...

You do know that the Suns wouldn't trade him right? If they would have agreed to it he would have been a Cavalier. It wasn't Ferry's fault Kerr said no. -

Nope...this is NBA Live 10...you can just trade whoever you want. -

I've heard conflicting reports on that. -

Ferry wouldn't part with JJ. That's why the Cavs don't have A'mare. That's the real reason why.
