    What's messed up is they just didn't make it clear....typical power abuse, but otherwise should I walk from the safety of the hospital and numbers over having to make someone coffee?!?

    and unless I missed something, this whole "ward" thing was new to me before this episode. its almost like the hospital scenario needed a few more episodes for it to make any sense.

    No, it was underdeveloped. There were one or two clues about "earning your keep" and paying back the medical services you received. But other than the rape and the tailor getting slapped around (which i guess we were to assume was typical), there were no real signs of maltreatment. Might suck to be a second-class citizen, but it didn't look awful given the alternatives.

    No way. No freaking way. If they do this (which they won't), you might as well quit watching the show. Besides, I don't get the love fest for Beth. Beth sucked. Side note : Did You Know Beth (Emily Kinney) is 29 years old?! I would have pegged her to be like 16.

    I wonder if they aren't using this to hype her being in the spin-off (no idea if she is) that occurs during the early days of the outbreak. Though not sure her character could be included without changing her backstory (since she basically hunkered down at the family farm).

    And agree she sucked. Honestly, kill them all...Darryl is really the only character I like.

    There's only two characters I would be pissed about dying... (1) Daryl and (2) Michone ... in that order.

    If everyone is already a carrier, then unless you die from being bitten why does it turn you? If the infection doesn't kill you (which I assume is what it would be), then a bite should be perfectly survivable.

    And why the hell didn't Rick cauterize the arm right away? What a shocker that he'd bleed out.

    They called Carol to have the cauterizing kit ready when they got there.
