Richie Incognito

SportsAndLadyLol etb you're not even a big dolphins fan. Stop getting so butthurt about the situation.

I'm actually to butt hurt at all (in reference to the Dolphin's organization). I just think, as far as the big picture goes, Incognito is actually going to be the bigger "victim" in all of this, because of all of the vilification. He said something wrong, and is now a terrible villain.SportsAndLady;1531212 wrote:Lol etb you're not even a big dolphins fan. Stop getting so butthurt about the situation.
If I go out to a club and grab a woman's ass/tit/vag (perverted act, regardless), is it right to label me a sex offender for the rest of my life? -

I guess we disagree on what all he did wrong. He didn't just "say one thing wrong" give me a fucking break etb.ernest_t_bass;1531218 wrote:I'm actually to butt hurt at all (in reference to the Dolphin's organization). Manhattan BuckeyeI don't think anyone here is defending Incognito, but when a pretty solid guy like Brian Hartline says enough is enough, people should listen.

You're right, SNL. He didn't just say "one thing wrong." But after all that has been brought to light, by current and former teammates/coaches (of both players), I don't think it's necessary to vilify Incognito, especially for some to say he'll never play again. Ndomngkong (sp?) Suh tried to stomp on a guy's fucking throat, and he's still playing. I refer to my sex offender scenario.SportsAndLady;1531241 wrote:I guess we disagree on what all he did wrong. Its not just him. Tannehill was saying pretty much the same thing...how they were considered best friends, a big/little brother up until this breakdown.Manhattan Buckeye;1531244 wrote:I don't think anyone here is defending Incognito, but when a pretty solid guy like Brian Hartline says enough is enough, people should listen.
This morning they said that incognito talked to him right after the lunchroom blowup, and martin told him it wasnt the prank, but other stuff going on in his life.
Incognito is getting a bad rap here. Said some thing he shouldnt have, but even at that Hartline chuckled and said he has said things to friends that you wouldnt say to others. -
vball10set...and the NFL spin begins

Interview with former player. Everyone seems to be on Incognito's side. Shocking the media would blow something out if proportion with knowing the facts -

I think it gives great insight from the inside from someone who really has no dog in the fight anymore. Not sure he was trying to make a point, just stating how it is/wasMulva;1531283 wrote:That's really a terrible article. I don't think he made one good point. -
BR1986FBAccording to a source, Adrian Peterson says the #Vikings are bullying him too...by forcing him to continually play with such terrible quarterbacks.

Either way it's a good thing if it moves the NFL to start expecting teams to treat each other like coworkers and the locker room like a part of their workplace because they are and it is. There's no need for adults to engage in hazing and that sort of stupid shit.thavoice;1531259 wrote:Its not just him. you would be correct, what was this:
"Or look at it this way: Say Jonathan Martin had three children, two boys and a girl. Say the youngest was 2 months old and the oldest was 3 years old and they all died in a fire. Would you call him weak for missing some games over this? No, because you would understand that he was in unbearable pain, that he was literally crazy with hurt, and you would want to support him because, to your mind, the pain would have a valid cause. But what makes a badly suffering person incapable of functioning isn't the validity of the cause, it's the extremity of the pain. And sometimes — because brains break! — it's possible to feel as if your children had burned to death for no obvious reason at all. The ceiling is screaming, every pore in your skin hurts, the view in the window hurts, the idea of getting off the couch to close the curtains hurts, thinking five minutes into the future makes you feel like you're coming apart at the atomic level. You need help when this happens. Yeah, even if it means that the hardest men on the planet — Twitter users — lose respect for you."
That was absolutely incomprehensible. -
I Wear PantsYou seem to have some reading comprehension issues if you can't understand what he was saying there. Not that you need to agree but it's pretty easy to understand.

What difference does it make whether he stated the number and/or sex of the children. It's a story, and it's easy to understand regardless. Don't be dense.Manhattan Buckeye;1531405 wrote:What difference would make if it was two boys and a girl? -

Here is the re-write: Jonathan Martin has some major issues and the Dolphin administration should have handled him differently. -

Correction: Two players have some major issues, one manifested by the actions of the other.Manhattan Buckeye;1531415 wrote:I think you are being kind.
