Paleo eating

  • like_that
Never heard of this diet, but it seems interesting. Seems like a modified atkins diet. Not sure I would like it, but if it works for the people using it, then kudos to you. I stick to 5-6 meals a day, and stick as close to the food pyramid as possible with those meals. I like to portion my meal sizes, because if I don't I tend to overeat.

I can't follow the 5-6 meals a day plan for the most part because I'll get busy at work and forget to eat or I just won't be hungry. This paleo thing seems to fit my eating habits a little better. I don't feel like I have to force myself to eat. Hopefully I'll see results but if not I'll go back to my normal eating.

Yeah Justin, just remember to eat every other time she does

But she eats 14 times a day.

That's why you eat EVERY OTHER TIME that she does. Seven small meals a day (all scattered within a 2.5 hour period). Fool-proof plan.

Quick search brought me to something like 80 cents a pound assuming it's PP plastic.

Is this a long term diet plan? I ask this question because some diets are require long term lifestyle changes and then some are quick fix diets.Would this be a good diet to try and lose about 20 lbs in the next 2 months or is it a slow process plan? This is a serious question.

    This is serious bidness.
Good luck. I always have a can of planters under the front seat. Nuts are highly underrated as a good food source.

I'm looking at it as a lifestyle change, not a quick fix diet. I am sure that it would allow you to drop weight quickly, though.

If you're looking to lose a quick 20lb w/ minimal effort, go low carb. I did it once and lost 35lbs in 3 months.

Yah, if you wrapped them in foil it would probably work.

It takes some work but the payoff is well worth it.

I might have to make that then.
