charliehustle14Turner does draw some pretty petty fouls when he has the ball. But that's the case with all great players, it seems.

Good point. Simmons might be a better fit.september63 wrote: Why is Diebler even out there? He hasnt touched the ball the 2nd half. Doesnt rebound and cant play defense. -
osu45804Very Classy fuck you turner chants
-
eersandbeersNice, a "Fuck you Turner" chant going strong. Then the announcers immediately discuss about how great of atmosphere it is.
I am impressed. -

I concur.
I thought he was going to have a huge game with the way he started the game...then he just went into stealth mode. -

Hands are up, what are you looking at? 6-5 guarding 6-7, 6-7 jumping , doesn't do much.charliehustle14 wrote:

karen lotzTurner has missed some huge FT's, two coming on the front end of 1 and 1's.

charliehustle14
Some of the shots this half have still been uncontested. What are you looking at?Big Gain wrote:

karen lotzlol at eers saying higgins was anti-WVU after that call
-
charliehustle14Well this game is over.
-
eersandbeersHahaha OSU just got Higginsed
-
centralbucksfanWow, WVU is getting all the calls this half.
-

He is. WVU fans see him often during the year and he is consistently calling against WVU.
Like I said, we don't even complain about it anymore. It's just become normal. -
centralbucksfanBucks need a 3 now....
-
charliehustle14
Officiating hasn't been great but quit complaining. Huggins' adjustments at the half won this game.centralbucksfan wrote: Wow, WVU is getting all the calls this half. -
centralbucksfanTurner trying to do too much. Reverting back to last year.

SHut up you dolt. Huggins is doing NOTHING differently. His players are stepping up, and OSU is stepping back. Thats the only difference. Butler is a big time player, and he is showing it this half.charliehustle14 wrote:

What adjustments did Huggins make?
And even a WVU fan admits WVU is getting some calls. They are not the reason OSU is where they are...but they sure haven't helped. -
eersandbeersBy the way, OSU has 17 fouls and WVU has 15. I'd say it has been evenly terrible.
-

I agree. Thats the issue with bad officiatig though...inconsistancy. First half, OSU was getting some calls. Turned around this half.eersandbeers wrote: By the way, OSU has 17 fouls and WVU has 15. I'd say it has been evenly terrible. -

What adjustments did Huggins make?
They've put a man on the high post, which has cleared the baseline for the cutters running underneath. And the man on the high post comes out to set up a screen on the perimeter every time.
In the first half, they had the man down low setting screens for the cutter coming across on the baseline. But OSU was doing a decent job of evading that screen. It looked a lot like what Purdue did to us..but OSu defended it a little better this time around.
The announcers have been marveling about Huggins' adjustments the entire 2nd half.
Of course, you probably have the TV muted because you'd rather listen to yourself.
