    I see no problem with this being it's own thread. Not everyone checks the mega thread all the time and this is a headline important enough for it's own.

    I'm still holding out a little hope that it's a misidentification or something. But the police report doesn't bode well.

    Well, Hyde I could rationalize as not being too bad as we have RB's waiting. Also losing Roby hurts A LOT and takes away some talent from our defense that couldn't afford to lose a player of his status.

    This does send a message to the rest of the players though that nonsense will not be tolerated.

Any chance this could be a Storm Klein incident where he's allowed back on the team following some kind of suspension (4-5 games) if everything isn't as bad & is just chalked up as being caught up in the moment type thing? Or is Urban already in enough hot water from the media to where he can't allow him back?

    That's what I'm hoping for, but I don't think is the case. It's unfortunate as he doesn't have any prior incidents. Sucks that one really bad decision will cost him his senior year, but physically striking someone (especially a female) isn't acceptable behavior.

    What? Hyde (to my knowledge) has never has the smallest hint of trouble during his time in Columbus, but all of a sudden he is a person of interest in an investigation and now he's a POS? May want to wait on the details of the case before you throw out names.

    I think he had a voice of dissent over the # of carries he had at one point, but as far as bad behavior prior to this incident, that's it.
