They have a good history and are definitely making recuriting waves these days, but I just don't classify them as a major program. However, didn't they have a new recruit a few few years ago who had a Myspace picture where he was holding about 30 $100 bills?

    Yep...

I wouldn't be surprised. Dabo's recruiting skills never made since to me.

    I'm 99% sure it's Auburn.

Shit has seriously hit the fan. I read most of it a while ago. This is substantiated information, not a fictional rumor.

They said it would be a surprise. Who would be surprised if Auburn got nailed?

I think the surprise is going to be the severity, because this goes WAY beyond Cam Newton. If you read any of what I posted, you'll see how deep this thing goes. The entire university could potentially be in trouble, not just the athletic department.

Doubt it's Michigan. NCAA came in during the RRod investigation and did a pretty thorough one.

I'm listening to a Gainsville radio station and they are talking about this...

They said the rumor going around is that it was a BCS team from this past year and there is also talk that the infractions could be worthy of the "Death Penalty"

    im hearing texas
  • Ty Webb
That would not be suprising...but if it is a BCS team from last year,I think it may be Arkansas

That sounds interesting with all the trouble they had last year.

I'm thinking Iowa seems like a reasonable choice... money, covering up run ins with the law, and drugs (think the recent 12 players hospitalized or what not).
  • Ty Webb
Iowa would seem to be the consensus right now..

I've also heard various rumors about Texas over the last couple months, so I think it may be them. Supposedly the story was going to break during football season, but then it never happened. It'll be interesting to see who it actually is.

This is all rumors from Bill Greene. Might be no one. Ill put my $$$ on TCU though.

I will take a stab at it and guess georgia

If you can post links to where you're hearing Texas, Iowa, etc. please post them. Because Florida was just my gut choice, I have no evidence or rumors Fueling my theory.
