It will when the wrestling coach wants you on the team.
He called me every night for about a month my senior year. I asked him about my scores and if they would be good enough and he said "You'd be surprised what they will overlook if we ask them to." They are just like any other university when it comes to athletics, they want to win just as bad as anyone. -

Tobias FünkeNo he's right. I had a science teacher who went to Harvard for football, a close friend/roommate who was recruited by Yale for football, and a sister who was recruited by Harvard for shot and discus. My roommate had a ~28/29 on his ACT and a 4.2 GPA in high school, Yale never had any academic concerns about getting him enrolled.

OneBuckeyeShouldn't UM be getting a DB commit from today?
Edit: Saw it was Thursday at 11:45 am DB Terry Richardson from cass tech. It will either be Michigan or a school in the south. -

Yes, he is expected to pick Michigan. He is a 4* with offers from Alabama, LSU, Notre Dame, MSU, Ohio State and USC, among others. -
karen lotzHis top 5 is USC, Michigan, Alabama, Notre Dame, and LSU. Would be a shock if he commits anywhere but Michigan.

No, but he has OSU UM at the top of his list. The longer it goes the more I like OSU's chances. -

Just saw an article on scout last night, but can't read the whole thing since its premium...
Bitter rivals Michigan and Ohio State have been locked in a fierce battle for Toledo (OH) Whitmer DE Chris Wormley. For months there was no real separation between them on his leaderboard. Now there is. Could a decision be on the horizon as well? -

According to a recent Toledo Blade article, he was quoted as saying UM is the leader. But I think it's so close that neither side will be surprised if it's the other. -
