If the Tribe can win the division and go to the Series at least in part because of Ubaldo (and not in spite of)..it'll be worth it though.
Agree completely. Still pisses me off they didn't go after Pence instead.

I'm pretty sure this was the dumbest thread in the history of OC. This approached "George Lopez is the funniest comedian" levels of dumb.

Why can't people at least spell names correctly on a post header?

Shouldn't this be "haven't reached their potential, and IF they do". We are talking about young players who haven't proven anything in the major leagues yet. And if players with potential always reached it, the Sabathia trade wouldn't be looking so bad because LaPorta would be a legit big leaguer.

Can still smell the booze on this post. Hey Mooney.

If Billie had $2.50 and Clyde carried in $3.50 to the candy store, who could buy more candy?

    A. Clyde
    B. Billie
    C. Doesn't matter how much money they have. LOL.

Maybe you're a spambot, no? Let's find ot if you're a real person, OK.

Third grade math...it's a toughie...we're counting on you. LOL.

Dad takes junior down to the garage sale to buy some baseball stuff. A bat and a ball aggregately (that means "together" for you 23 year olds) cost $1.10. The bat cost $1.00 more than the ball does. How much does the ball cost? No sales tax here in order to keep it simple. I bet Mooney, Schlep134, S & L, and Hoopy all get it wrong.

Since this is third grade math, you get 30 seconds to figure it out.

    Go.....

You truly don't get it footwedge LOL

The funny part is, FootWedge never answered the question.

Go ahead Footwedge, answer my original question, then I'll answer your dumb one that has nothing to do with this discussion.

Oh and no one's age has anything to do with anything, so quit it with that.

Hey Dorkie...give it a try ball and bat cost a buck ten. The bat costs a buck more than the ball does. What's the ball cost?

30 seconds....go. I'll buy you a batting cage if you get it right.

23 year olds can't add in their head...watch and see.

Actually the thread was excellent. Potentially even a GOAT thread. Chuck's last call was all over this debate. But then all the 23 year olds came out of the closet and down the shitter it went. Happens a lot here. Some day they'll get a job, grow up some, embrace responsibility, and then contribute to society.

    8 + vagina= what?

    exactly

    no comment

    5 cents=nickel
    10cents=quarter

It's really easy to post like footwedge, especially when he's been called out and made foolish by literally everyone on this thread.

Rule of thumb foot: If everyone on a thread disagrees with you(and on the chatter especially) then you are most definitely 100% wrong on the subject.

Take a bow for reaching gibby status.

Also, let's take a minute to give props to gibby and footwedge's new band.

Math a little too tough for you eh Dork? Still no answer. It's a toughie for the band majors...I know. In a few years you'll be 25 and maybe a contributor to society.

I thought you literally knew everything?! You've literally referenced the question like 4 or 5 times. How do you not know what I'm talking about?

Anyways, which player is more valuable, a guy batting .320 or a guy batting .250? Think hard now.....and try to answer without lots of "LOLOL I'm so smart, you're 23 years old, here's a snarky comment for you so that I can avoid having to answer the question"

Not losing my temper just laughing at you. And I'm 21 have a 2 year old daughter and make 75k a year. So I think I'm doing ok for myself. Just don't break a hip old man ;)
