#KnownSecrets White people are still racist.

    I would not marry someone of different color b/c I know it would kill my grandparents. Quite possibly literally... kill them. I don't feel I'm racist b/c of this. I'm attracted to women of different color, but I would not marry one.

    Yes, if you are "against" two people who love each other being together because they happen to have different skin tones, or you're "against" a person adopting a child that needs a home because their skin color is a different shade than theirs, then you aren't an intelligent person. Sorry, it might not even be your fault, just letting you know.

    Eh..yeah..I will give you that one. I've never really given the adoption thing much thought. It was just a spur of the moment response I guess. I guess the more I think about it..I'm not really against it either. Like I said..I just never really gave that any thought until I was just asked about it. Whether you want to marry someone of another race or you want to adopt someone of another race..I don't care. To each his own. I just said I'm not for it. It's not like I'm going to condemn you to hell if you do it! It's your life..it's your decisions. If your happy with it..GREAT! That's all that really matters isn't it? You guys are acting like I think you should be killed if you're with someone of another race or something! I don't 'look down' upon people that are in interracial relationships. I don't 'think I'm better than them'. The question was..would you be upset if your son/daughter was in one? I answered yes..I would be upset. Sure..but it's not like I'd disown him b/c of it or anything!

    That's not really that big of a deal. I don't even think blondes should marry brunettes. It just looks funny to me when I see them walking down the street.

    and to answer your question... the difference is... person A is white, works, contributes to society in a positive way. Person B is the same as person A only black. person C is white, doesn't work, sells drugs, beats there wife and kids, steals, thieves, has no respect for anyone and contributes to soiciety in a negitive way. Person D is the dame as person C only black....

    Person A= white
    Person B- black
    Person C= white trash
    Person D= Black Trash a.k.a. nigger

    same can be said for any race or creed in my eyes...

    Thank you for explaining this to the people that are scared to speak the truth.Black and White are just a color but White Trash and Nigger are the low lifes of society.I do not discriminate against someone because of color but i do dislike and will discriminate aganst the low lifes regardless of color.

    I don't look at a person and say ok he is black so he must be a problem but when i see a white or black person standing on the street corner dressed like shit and trying to sell drugs or collecting welfare for years without trying to better their lives then yes i do form a bad opinion of them and will discriminate against them because they are trash and are a drain on society.I have black friends that feel the same way about these people and feel they are the reason that some people form their negative opinion about blacks.

    There are a lot of different ethnics (sp) that feel the same way. Sage, do you think Amish people are racist? What about Native Americans or native Alaskans or even native Hawaiians? How many black Russians (not the drink) have you ever seen?

    I can't judge Gochiefs, because I don't know his heart. It's rare that I'll call someone racist, even if their words/ideas would suggest so, simply because I don't know anyone's heart but my own. (I mean, there's obviously rare cases like John Rocker...)

    But, I do think that there's a difference in having an opinion about those of a different race, and having an opinion that in instances, those of different races should stay separate (i.e. the quote RE: adoption: "There is plenty of kids available of your own race that need adopted"....yikes.)
