My gf was planning on going too. I am out reffing in VA, otherwise I contemplated trolling the march by bringing a sign that said "did you sign up for the selective service? Yes or no."
However, on her drive home from work this afternoon, she was stopped at a red light on Michigan Ave (we live on Michigan Ave but about a half a mile north of all the protests) and when the light went green, a group of young black women on the way to the March surrounded her car and started chanting a feminist chant and gave my gf a god damn panic attack. They didn't leave the car for several min. It took a group of other women to come over and yell at the black girls and ask if they can see how clearly upset my gf is in the car. I had to run over to where she was parked because she was so upset. Needless to say, she didn't end up going to the rally lol.
Most of the people at this rally don't give a shit about the actual "cause" the rally is about. They're just out starting trouble and like you said, trying to get on tv.
They're what you would call worthless pieces of trash. -

The relevant protests of the Civil Rights Movement and Suffrage had articulable goals. Ending segregation and legalizing women's voting rights.
I have heard exactly one person mention an articulable goal for the march today (props to her). More than "fairness" or "equality" or "women's rights," which are ambiguous and can be subjective. -
