  For those that say it had no impact, Trump's first press conference was crying about the unfair coverage of the Women's march turnout vs. his inauguration turnout. His turnout was pathetic; more people showed up for a grassroots March than his POTUS inauguration. SAD!

  Considering sleeper said he was staying away from all the shit in DC this weekend, I will give it a 5% chance sleeper actually went to the march. Also, here are some of sleeper's takes prior to going full 180. As i said before, sleeper is 100% trolling (most likely), or he finally found a girl to consistently have sex with him (i know a few friends who are like this unfortunately).

  From my own experience, the women I tend to work with take a lot of time off work, show up late, never stay late, complain about everything and shirk any additional responsibility. It's no surprise they get less wage increases then some of their colleagues who just happen to be male also but in REALITY its because men on average just outright WORK HARDER than their female counterparts. I'm sure there are exceptions to the rule but again I live in REALITY, not some mythical gender gap designed to create a false dichotomy to exploit people into voting for a certain party.

  We just had a woman who had a baby and my company offers 2 months paid maternity leave; she took the entire leave PAID, and then came back and quit the next day to stay at home and raise the baby. I don't blame managers for not wanting to hire women and not because they are sexist pigs but because only women can pull shit like that. It pissed off all of her co-workers because we had to carry her weight while she was gone and then another couple weeks while we hired and trained her replacement.
  
  Let's not even talk about the entire lack of paternity leave; apparently only women should be entitled to extra time off to take care of their child.

  I consider myself very open minded and very persuaded by facts and evidence. In my time in DC, I have met a lot of intelligent people and have vehemently debated my point of view and have come to different conclusions based on the discussions and evidence presented in these discussions.
  
  Anyways, this thread is about Trump. Where are the Republicans defending our Press Secretary being turned into a propaganda machine on Day 1?

  Birth control is too expensive given our current medical system. It's extremely beneficial for women to be on birth control beyond the use as a contraceptive but conservatives don't care about the health of women. Facts don't care about your feelings.

  Although not republican, I can agree to an extent about not having much of a concern about other's "feelings" as it relates to legislative proposals being focused on and that opinion doesn't just pertain to any particular gender.

However, there are multitudes of attempts by regressive religious freaks who want their religion to supercede the rights of women to make their own health choices that affect their own bodies. The current administration has given no indication that he will move towards a constitutional amendment affirming abortion as legal forever. Until that happens, the fight will continue.

  The Woman March is a great example of human beings' built in fear of change. Like him or not, Trump hasn't done any of the things these totally unfocused marches are decrying. As Aaron Rogers said "R-E-L-A-X". I did not hear one single person at these marches successfully explain why they were protesting, what they were protesting or how it was to be fixed. A lot of meaningless platitudes ("We will not be silenced!" or "We will not be divided!"), a lot of the usual, uninformed celebrity women like Ashley Judd and Madonna with their vulgor witticisms. But not one meaningful statement.
