    Now, I distinctly recall you knowing that the burden of proof falls on the affirmative claim from years back. I don't believe you've forgotten that.

    If you're going to affirm that what someone says correlates with Fox News talking points, the burden of proof is on you.

    And saying "It's obvious to anyone with half of brain [sic - ironically]" is just a blend of two fallacies*, so that doesn't count as evidence.

    While the latter certainly seems like par for the course (the GOP playing Go Fish), I'm not sure I'd give Comey that much credit.

    I didn't say he violated the law, I said it warrants an investigation into the merits and justifications to demonstrate beyond a doubt this was not politically motivated. And, ummm, there's a little bit of a questionable, to be generous, track record there with the Obama Administration and the FISA courts.

    The only one jumping to conclusions here without investigation and without evidence is Sleepaderp.

    So, there was smoke with respect to Flynn but the investigation revealed no fire. As I've said, no big deal to start your job early.
