The Finals is going to be a war. I want to say Golden State will win, but It won’t be short/easy. Six games, most likely 7.

I see nothing that says Cavs win a game. Maybe sneak out game 3 or 4 at home. Hope I’m wayyyyy off, though.

I think a lot depends on iggy as weird as that is. If he’s out, it absolutely kills there depth and best lineup. If he is out TT will be absolutely huge this series with getting second chances. I still say it goes 5 lol

If Cavs feel like playing solid team defense, anything is possible.  If it's lazy defense, this thing is over in 3.

I think it goes 8 games.

I think the Cavs have a real shot here.  GSW has to feel like they already won the finals after beating HOU.

Love will return and I Have a feeling that GSW either loses a big star due to injury he one of them just absolutely is HORRIBLY, to epic proportions, in the finals.

TKFA brings home a second to Cleveland.

I don't think the Cavs win this series but I've had the same strange feeling about an injury coming the Warriors way. Both Curry & Durant seem like they can be made of glass and suffer an injury at any point.

I think Lebron sees this as a way to be considered the GOAT.  A win with that bunch of scrubs I think supplants him ahead of Jordan, something he wants more than anything else.

Unless the rest of the team is complete trash I think they have a chance on his sheer will.

Have you watched any of these playoffs? They are complete trash. Lebron is their savior.

Yeah, he is the savior no doubt about that and the team is trash, but I am talking about unless some key players do a Trevor Ariza impression of last nights horrific game then I think the Cavs have a legit shot.

I didn't think there was anything wrong with what he said.  Actually, I'm glad someone finally said it.  The media paints this supporting cast in a bad light, and it's undeserved.  I mean, they are probably LBJ's worst supporting cast to make it to a finals, but they still have huge parts to play, and they are all NBA players.

I pretty much agree with this. The only chance we have  (and I mean to even win a game or two) is Iggy to stay out and make their rotation very short.

Lebron still gets his when he faces Iggy but he'd have to be licking his chops if he's out.

Agree to disagree. It's deserved.

Lebron shouldn't have to put up 40 point triple doubles every game to keep it competitive. You have a max contract guy (Love) who has been the epitome of inconsistency since he came here. Besides that, if he gets a scratch, he's sitting. JR can't be relied on but I think  we (as fans) knew what we were getting with him when he was in that trade. He had the good season (championship) but has also been inconsistent. Tristan played like a beast in that championship year but once he got paid, crickets.

There's just nobody on this roster, besides Lebron, where you can say "that guy's a stud...we can count on him in big games." Seems like the way of the NBA these days is that you need 2-3 stud players to even sniff a championship.

If they would have kept Kyrie, and if KI was healthy, this team would be in a much better spot to be able to beat GSW head up.

but....those two couldn't play nice together.

Going to need an unbelievable athletic performance from Lebron James and his band of misfits. I am ready to be a witness! Fuck Golden State and their bullshit super-team!

2007 was a worse collection of players around LBJ.

Hands down. This team would run circles around that team.

The last 28 NBA Finals has had at least  one of these 6 players, Kobe, Tim Duncan, Jordan, Hakeem, or Shaq.

Somehow edited out LeBron

This.  I know the media and lebron defenders have been setting up the narrative to it looks like this is his best achievement, but the 2007 roster was TERRIBLE.  They would have died for a Kevin Love, Kyle Korver, or even a fucking JR Smith.

This current roster seems terrible, because of the super team climate of the NBA.

I read somewhere that since 1993 (I could be off a year or 2), every NBA champion had a player on their roster that played with Shaq.
