Jose Calderon is turning out to be a very nice pick up.

Lakers aren’t a bad watch. I enjoy Ingram’s game and Kuzma is an exciting rookie that should be starting. Ball plays a smooth game that is very watchable as long as he’s not having a 2-10 night

Yeah I don't mind them. Every time I watch them I always notice Julius Randle come off the bench and make impacts, too. But I disagree on Lonzo. I will never root for him. His dad ruined him for me.

Lebron is just on a different level right now. I'm not sure if he's played better at other points in his career. He's definitely motivated.

Sometimes I think the torch from best player may have passed onto Durant, but Lebron is always willing to remind why he's still the best. There was a sequence last night where someone (Randle, I think, who previously had a couple of baskets keeping the Cavs lead tiny) got the ball down low and was about to go up but Lebron stripped him on the way him. He then hit Wade on the outlet for a layup.

LeBron still the king.

Van Gundy said Harden was easily the MVP so far

How does LeBron play and only get 1 rebound?

I was wondering about that myself.

As far as the game, "meh"....not going to beat them up with the way they've been playing lately. One major bright spot was Lebron leaving the game with them down 20, early in the 4th, only for the bench to almost bring them back to victory.

That blocking call on Crowder was one of the worst calls I’ve ever seen.

Good win regardless. Wade good energy in those old legs. LeBron best player in the game. Love an all-star again? I think so.

Love is absolutely an all star. He’s playing out of his mind.

Has his better play changed your opinion on the initial trade with Wiggins or Wiggins leveling off a bit made it more of a good trade for Cavs overall? Or do you still wish it would’ve never happened and Wiggins be doing his thing in Cleveland?

Yeah I know. He was the most against it if I remember. That’s why I asked him. Obviously he loves the championship. What if that’s the only championship and Wiggins was turning into a superstar. The “Ship” still outweighs...just wondering where he stood

I was also against it, strongly. I thought Wiggins had HoF type potential and was sure he was going to be a monster on defense.

At this point, it's hard to argue against the trade. Love had to eat a lot of shit to get to where he is today, thats for sure. Sitting 4ths, playing like ass, injuries. He's been a fucking awesome teammate, good guy to root for, etc... I think he's under appreciated this season and should be an all star. I'll still get pissed when we're getting murked by GSW tho.

He’s definitely shown me a lot more this year than I thought he had in him. He’s been awesome.

As for the trade, I’m glad we have the ship and I’m glad love is on the cavs. I’m not sure I’d say I’d rather have Wiggins at this point but who knows. Wiggins still very young and talented. But as of now I’ll say I was wrong on that opinion.

Good win last night but I rolled my eyes with Lebron's comment to the effect of "we played defense to perfection." You gave up 112 points and are 2nd to last in the league in defensive efficiency, as a team. Still a ton of work to do but a win's a win.

Without Curry playing in the Christmas Day game, the Cavs are kind of in a "no win" situation. They beat the Warriors and we'll hear "big deal, no Steph Curry" where if they lose it will be "uh oh, same old Cavs....can't even beat the GSW's without one of their best guys." The hot takes will be flying, the trade proposals will be in the air and ESPN First Take will have a 2 week chubby just talking about it.

Guessing KD goes for 47, LeBron 34 and Love will have a sucky 3-14 game

And GS wins by 22

So KD isn't allowed to get his second T and Draymond can suplex people then shove them on the ground?  Got it.
