As opposed to the Browns thread, the prediction thread and the off-season thread.

Steelers fought back for a good road win over a good team. Offense was kind of limited, but the defense and special teams looked good. Made it a pretty fun day. Or more fun, since one of my friends was throwing a week one party and hanging out and drinking all day meant I'd be having a good time regardless. But the win was nice!

Today sucks, though. Having to work and feeling like I could use about five more hours of sleep and about five gallons of water to get hydrated again. Such is life.

Great W, very surprised it worked out like that. Still need to run the goddamn ball eventually.

Cincy now the best team in Ohio.

I didn't watch the game, but Zach Wilson apparently showed promise while the OL and RB groups were complete shit. Losing to Sam Darnold to start the season is a definite LOL.

Beat the Patriots who apparently have the GOAT QB. So, it's safe to book a flight and tickets to SoFi Stadium now i think.

I watched a decent amount. Jets actually looked...somewhat capable.

I heard Zach adjusted well at halftime and balled out from there. I also saw that there were several dropped passes that easily could've changed the game.

He was bad at first but really slung it well. Still has a very punchable face.

Heard he has Mahomes-like ability to adjust his arm angle and throw that sidearm/submarine type throw to avoid batted passes.

Nasty....apparently sewage pipes broke during the WFT's game and fans had turds rain down on them.

Huge win for PIT.  Division is very tough - I think CIN will win 6-7 games and end up in last place in AFCN.

So considering you might drop 3-4 games in the division, not much margin for error to get to 10-7 with a shot at that 3rd wildcard.

By the same logic, that loss could really haunt CLE.

Will only haunt them if Baltimore/Pittsburgh/Cincy beat KC. Otherwise it will be a wash.

Will know with Baltimore shortly!

Saw that USC fired Clay Helton. With everyone on Twitter immediately going for the easy joke of "Wonder if Urban will suddenly 'need to spend more time with his family'." Or all sorts of things along those lines.

Which does make me wonder how long he'll be at Jacksonville. It's rare that great college coaches succeed in the NFL, with Pete Carroll being an exception (although he's an NFL to college to NFL success story where his first NFL tenure was his period of least success). And his early tenure hasn't exactly been a cause for optimism with how they were mocked for how badly they sucked in the preseason, were mocked even more for trying to resurrect Tebow at a new position that he was hilariously inept at and got smacked down by Tyrod Taylor yesterday.

What’s up with all the Gronk commercials where he acts like a retarded five year old?

I missed those, but what about those Tom Subway commercials?

Anytime you can spend $150 on a case of beers at the game you do it.

I wonder how much all those beers cost?  How much is a 16 oz. beer at the stadium these days?  Looks like about 20 to me (including the one he’s drinking).  I’m guessing $200 at $10 a bottle.

Tucker has made 48 consecutive 4th quarter field goals?

More insane was that LVS 30 second drill.  I've watched PIT and Roethlisberger routinely take 10+ seconds to spike the ball...LVS did it in like 2 seconds.
