We project we have 100,000 people at least who are walking around with #COVID19 in #Ohio. What the experts tell us is that this number will double every six days. We're in some tough times in Ohio, and it's very important to do all we can to slow this down. #COVID19OhioReady
Weird. It wouldn't load at all on my phone but works fine on my computer.
We just got back from Kroger. Pretty crazy, still a lot of stuff available but the shelves are definitely getting bare. Lots of people out buying full carts of stuff. My wife and I filled a cart, should be enough for a month if something drastic happens. If not, we've supplemented our grocery shopping through the summer.
I will be making a late night grocery trip at some point for non-perishables.

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I'm not freaking out, but I'm damn well preparing for something drastic to happen.

Yeah, I'm not prepper level, but I'm stocked with food and water for about a month plus.
Wife went to Costco yesterday to grab some fruits and such. She said it was busy, but not crazy, end of the world level. The place was still pretty much well stocked.

Brazil President Jair Bolsonaro Tests Positive for #CoronaVirus. He was in US and dined with Trump on Saturday, March 7. He is highest ranking political leader to get COVID-19.
At least the folks at Kroger last night weren't animals.
Yeah, this morning, I hit a couple area stores and got enough food for at least a couple weeks. Didn't have any trouble. Both places were well stocked on everything I was looking for, with the exception of TP, and no one was being pushy over anything. Was weird dropping a couple hundred in one trip and having to make a few trips from car to house to unload it all, since I usually don't keep much in the house at any given time, but all things considered, I thought it'd be smart to be more prepared than usual.

Listened when it came out, very informative. Lost me a bit on the deer discussions though.

Left work early hit the local grocery store to stock up. No shortages except TP, hand sanitizer, and for some reason hamburger. I don't know if they had a promised shipment of TP coming in but several women were standing by empty shelves like they were waiting.

Just went to Walmart to pick up a few more items, non-essential things. Wife needed body wash and face cleaner. Picked up some oreos and milk that lasts until June if you don't open it. Beer and ice cream. And an Xbox One X Star Wars bundle.

Looks like it's in Cincinnati.
BREAKING: Four COVID-19 cases are being treated at West Chester Hospital. Story to come.

Four people treated and released which leads me to believe they presented with very mild symptoms and weren’t even serious to be admitted? Maybe the hospital didn’t think they’d be positive and tested them on a whim and then were like whoops they were actually positive.

He just threw shade at the Obamacare website rollout. LOL.
Was going to go to the store, but before I got there Trump announced his national state of emergency and the lines were a zoo.

Was surprised the Giant Eagle in Ravenna was well stocked except for the meat area. Speaking or which, to add to my earlier story, a co-worker said he was at the Giant Eagle in Solon last night and saw a fist fight over groceries in the parking lot.

1. Glad I harvested 5 deer this year. Plenty of meat.
2. I will be carrying a gun for quite awhile in public

I'm just going to do some hunting/gathering over the next few days - go to a few stores and grab a few things. Try to build maybe 30 days supply over several days, rather than grab it all at once. The supply chain isn't going to get shutdown overnight, if at all (otherwise you'll have complete anarchy).
Then make & freeze meals like soup, spaghetti, Indian/Thai and other stuff that freezes well. I try to do that, anyway, but have been slacking off.
Yeah, theoretically you should be getting stored dry goods, but again there's no way you can let the electric grid fail for days on end.

We typically buy a ton of chicken and grill it all at once. The store was a mess, so I just bought 2 weeks worth of crap so I don’t have to go back lol.
