  •  The list featured top figures including then-Vice President Joe Biden, then-FBI Director James Comey and intelligence chiefs John Brennan and James Clapper.

OK, this is getting a little beyond jokes about Biden having dementia.  He knows this is coming out, and he just the other day claims he knew about the investigation but had no involvement.

Number one, why is he trying to spin it when no one who is going to vote for him cares about his involvement?  Number two, did he actually - no joking - forget his request to unmask Flynn?

Anton Chigurh wrote a great article about it in this morning's Area 51 Citizen-Journal.

Susan Rice in Arpil 2017, on PBS:  “I know nothing about that”.

Three months prior, her own email indicates she knew everything about that.

The lies are incredible, but the spying and framing of innocent Americans to subvert a presidency is a conspiracy even far more incredible.

It is a very curious, and unusual, email.  Hard to say it's anything other than CYA, but it's also not proof of anything other than she and others continuously lied on national media.  Well, they're politicians so hardly earth shattering.

What I thought was VERY interesting is Comey saying the communication between Flynn and Kysliak was unusual.  How the hell does the FBI know what's unusual or not unless they routinely spy on people doing their job?  That kind of sounds like a manufactured predicate....

You do know the FBI has a counter intel/ espionage unit right? They have pretty damn good knowledge and understanding of what is usual and what is unusual in discussions between people and foreign officials. Did you not watch the Americans or know the history of Russian assets in the U.S? Hello, read about Aldrich Ames and Robert Hanssen.

And the FBI was not listening in on Flynn at the start, they were listening to the Russians which they always do to make sure no American is trying to pull shady shit. They just caught Flynn saying what they thought was unusual and then followed up. It was so unusual that it was one of the reasons why the White House fired him from his job. The other was he lied to the VP about the nature of the call.

He was fired only because he lied, because he knew he violated the Logan Act which was only used here to try to manufacture witnesses for corrupt intent.

And you don't have a GIGANTIC FUCKING PROBLEM with the FBI monitoring the communications of the incoming NSA?  Bullshit that's normal.  An "unusual level of contact"?  Based on what?!?  You're telling me the FBI has data on what an appropriate level of contact with foreign diplomats is for Administration officials?!?  They didn't really have anything on Flynn, but they were continuing to monitor & unmask his conversations as a routine part of what was going to become his job in a few weeks.  Most people would say that sounds a lot like spying.

Comey made a huge subjective statement about what is usual and unusual.  Their only defense will be subjective.

A counter-intelligence investigation is one thing (and the prez knows about these); a criminal investigation is a completely different thing.

There is no defending what occurred.

Obama didn’t like Flynn because he was going to undo everything obama did for Iran and other enemies, and Flynn was also focusing on China as our #1 adversary (not Russia) which the obama team could not understand because they were so God damn inept.

Court of Appeals orders radical judge to dismiss Flynn case.

And now we also know:

Biden Invoked 1799 'Logan Act' During Secretive Oval Office Meeting About Flynn Investigation

"I can't wait for Flynn to tell all he knows about these traitors..."

The coup attempt goes all the way to the top:  obama/biden.

If the media would do their job, DC might be able to be cleaned up after this coup attempt.  It is amazing that the mainstream media wont do its job to protect this country.

Will not happen, they are as corrupt as the democrat party, perhaps moreso (if that’s possible).

You know, I didn't really understand the hate & attacks on Barr from almost Day 1.  There's was a huge stink about his summary of Mueller's report, when it turned out to be pretty much spot on.  But I think it was clear the collusion story was unraveling (and Schiff & company knew that very early on) and the real problem was Barr wasn't going to cover that up.

But I think the real story is when it comes to investigating the investigators, he had to be discredited.  I'm not sure anyone will go to jail, but this is all pretty damning.  If it was anyone other than Trump, or if the media wasn't so in the tank for the Dems, this WOULD be the biggest scandal since Watergate.

Dems running road block for Obama because they know he is culpable, and also trying to rig another election with fake news (or lack of news)

Bigger than Watergate.

And look at that judge who tried to block the DOJ from dropping charges on Flynn.  That judge should be impeached.  They would never have gotten a conviction based on these memos that recently leaked.

You've got the FISA abuses.  Then you have the FBI/DOJ strong-arming a GENERAL into a plea deal when they didn't think he lied nor did they think he committed a crime.  Where's the outrage?  Not a peep from the same media that cried bloody murder when Barr dropped the charges.

I wonder if Flynn can sue for damages.  Wouldn't it be something if he sued Joe Biden who is, right now, a private citizen?

Biden will either have a lawsuit over his head or a federal investigation over him come November

No he won't. He just said today that COVID has killed 120 million Americans. At this rate, we'll all be dead by October 1. So no investigation needed.

^^^^Oh I cant wait for the complete meltdown when they perp walk some of these guys in handcuffs into a federal courtroom to be tried for criminal charges.

Like I said earlier, Biden will have federal charges filed on him in October when we are about to vote for president.

If they can tie some of these leaks to the media and bring CNN and NY times reporters up on charges is the only way that they will even come close to reporting the real story
