Changing gears a bit, but it just crossed my mind a little less than a year ago Kizer (does he post here any more?) and some other posters were supportive of censorship to the point that Kizer even reported his friends and family members on a Facebook. This discussion wasn’t about what private companies can do btw, before anyone brings that up (although I do find it funny when some cherry pick this argument).
Nearly a year later, the lab leak covid theory has gone from a tinfoil hat conspiracy to a plausible mainstream topic. Just another example of why if you support any type of censorship, you need to grow up.
On a somewhat related note, I recall also almost a year ago Ptown called me and other posters “cynical,” because we dared to question reports lacking any hard and fact based evidence, all because Ptown himself deemed those journalists as “credible.” It turns out a year later a lot of these stories that were mainstream a year ago are turning out to be complete bullshit. Im sure more will follow. Folks, it’s ok to hold journalists to higher standards. They have done nothing to be entitled to your unconditional trust.

And of course it was completely mis-labled as is all liberal legislation, and it had nothing to do with voting rights; we all have them and they aren't going away. HR1 was nothing more than the Make (democrat) Election Cheating Legal Act ..............forever. Could have been the most disastrous bill ever brought forth in congress.

Tucker Carlson et al got everyone fired up about this (including you) by having that right wing plant pose as a "doctor and concerned parent". I guarantee that farce is what got most of these people to attend - and bring their always dependable outrage and anger. This will turn into a nothing burger and Fox (and by extension you) will never revisit it.
He really is a dumbass. No you wouldn’t need nukes or planes. 1) You can’t and wouldn’t nuke your own country and 2) the military isn’t just going to listen to the president 3) how you gonna get gas to those planes and tanks if bridges are destroyed and drivers of tankers killed. There are numerous other reasons but this repeated liberal argument that the government could ever take over the US is absurd.
Nukes and F-15s won’t be going door to door rounding up dissidents. The guns are for those people. Also love that no one needs a weapon of war and also they’re useless against us if it gets to that point.
Kinda interesting seeing the sitting president make these remarks.
