I think the point is, the family values/ Evangelical conservatives are SUPPOSED to care about infidelity and banging porn stars.....but don't.

I'd agree she's an opportunist, and risking big legal trouble telling this story because Soros is likely bankrolling her.

I get your point about the evangelicals.  But this whole issue is their problem.  They voted for the guy.  And it is hard to imagine anyone had the impression that Trump was pure as the wind driven snow - even prior to this Stormy Daniels thing.  If an evangelical is watched 60 minutes and felt surprised, disgusted or shocked, he or she is a bit of a dipshit.

I know this isn't going away.  It's got too much interest, so the press will continue to focus on it.  I'm not saying character doesn't matter.  But he's already been elected - people have made their decisions about the importance of his  character.  The only thing I am interested in with respect to this topic is any kind of Twitter blowup he may have.  It could be awesome.

AND....will Trump answer questions from Mueller about the affair?  An army of lawyers wouldn't be able to interrupt Trump from telling lie after lie.

I like the fact they're trying to screw CA on representation and federal funds by adding the citizenship question back to the Census.

Add in the cap on state tax deductions, and Trump is really sticking it to big liberal cities/states.

So Stormy Daniels is suing for defamation.....one of the criteria for defamation is financial harm.

And on 60 Minutes, she claimed offers have been rolling in and she's benefitting financially.

Certainly not a good reputation to damage either.

Agreed.  Sure hate for her kid to grow up and find out mom had a one night stand.  That'd be cause for embarrassment at school. ;-)

The part where she was talking about how she had no attraction or interest, at all....and said to herself "you accepted dinner in his hotel room, what did you get yourself into?".  So she sleeps with him like it's no big deal, which she's a pornstar but it came across as if she owed him.

And I thought "this is the left's new anti-hero?"

I was considering buying an XBOX One X in the near future. That won't be happening now.

Hillary Clinton now saying that it is sexist to tell her to "go away" and that nobody ever told past presidential losers to go away. She's not taking in the fact that except for Al Gore (who wanted the recount) everybody else did go away. They were able to give their losing speech (she couldn't), wish the elected well and move on with their lives (she can't). She's the one who cannot do this.

It occurs to me that the groundwork for Evangelicals giving less and less of a shit about infidelity and "moral character" has been laid prior to now.

Hell, in the 2012 primaries, there were throngs of Evangelicals donating to Newt Gingrich's campaign.  The guy's marital life is hardly the beacon of family values.

Anyway, any Evangelical who voted for Trump doesn't get to play the moral character or family values card in any subsequent election.  If they do, they're a hypocrite.

Maybe the hubby can diddle her with one of Castro's finest.  Might help her de-stress.

So Trump, citing the Failing Times, goes after corporate welfare for local business killer Amazon over the flailing and unprofitable USPS.

This will get interesting...many people very confused about what to say here.

For FUCKS SAKE. Pro-police flag = anti-BLM? The math doesn't work here.

To be fair, there are a few who tend to use it that way, but no, it doesn't explicitly mean that.

Yea, but just bc white supremecists support something doesn’t mean everyone who supports it is a white supremecist. That’s the dumb liberal way to spin it.

Naturally.  For example, there are those who are, or are related to, law enforcement who might do so for reasons other than the false dichotomy of "Black Lives Matter or Blue Lives Matter" entirely.

However, I would point out that a good chunk of the people who have said flag flying didn't do so until that dichotomy became a nationwide issue.  Certainly seems like bad timing if that was when they started doing so.

They also waved american flags at that rally (more so than the blue lives matter flag).  Is the american flag now a symbol of white supremacy?

Wouldn’t the timing be that once liberal America and BLM started attacking the credibility of cops that people started this to support them? It isn’t only blacks who stood against these police officers. I think it’s a result of media portrayal of these shootings now, plus the growing divide in our country.

That is where it is going.  I read an article where an over a century old statue of President Mckinley was taken down in California based on his belief in Manifest Destiny (which to the left = white supremacy).
