^^^Rob Riener is a special kind of stupid.  Seen him several times on Bill Maher and he's just a fully unhinged retard.

If liberals and dems want to make midterms about guns (and the tax cut "crumbs") that will be a huge mistake.

NAM Escalates Opposition to de Blasio’s Attacks on Manufacturers.
The NAM’s Manufacturers’ Accountability Project (MAP) launched a social media blitz this week to expose New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio’s lawsuit against manufacturers as a frivolous, misguided stunt driven by politics and money. NAM President and CEO Jay Timmons described the lawsuit as “a farce and a direct threat to the jobs and livelihoods of manufacturing workers in New York and across America.” Mayor de Blasio also called for the city’s pension funds to be divested of energy stocks. Timmons noted that “New Yorkers should also recognize that his divestment plan is misguided, a disservice to the city and a danger to the pensions of firefighters, police officers and other public servants.” The MAP has been pushing back aggressively, responding to an op-ed by New York City Comptroller Scott Stringer and reacting to the mayor’s State of the City address.

So, yesterday and today Twitter has been full of tweets such as "The NRA is a terrorist organization!!" which have been countered by conservatives referring to the NRA as the first human rights org and that the NRA trained black people to help protect themselves against the KKK.

I was skeptical about that so googled. The very first link that came up was from Mic.com which is a lefty hit-piece media outlet:

https://mic.com/articles/23929/10-surprising-facts-about-the-nra-that-you-never-hear#.CtIkLIHGw

Linked it to Twitter and am now enjoying hissy and coniption fits. I'm not even trolling but these people are acting like I just slapped their mother!

California-based Miso Robotics has raised $10 million in a new funding round to expand deployment of Flippy the burger-flipping robot to 50 CaliBurger restaurants by the end of next year. The company will also use the funding to develop new robots for restaurants and foodservice operations.

TechCrunch (2/15),  VentureBeat (2/15)

Will the libs demand the robots be paid $15/hr?   :)

Not that the Women’s March had any legitimacy left after having Sarsour as a main head, but today they called they blamed the NRA for the rise of white supremacy. Sure

Twitter rampage is real, folks. There's not a democrat on there that isn't acutely hysterical at this point over the NRA.

Nevermind that the local sherriff in that area didn't do anything, the FBI didn't do anything, the security guard didn't do anything when he heard shots. The NRA is responsible!!!!

I abhor the theatrics that are going on now with MSNBC, CNN and social media. I don't know if these people need a dose of reality or a dose of suboxone. And I think that this will only serve to work in Trumps favor in the long run. I don't know if the midterms will work quite like how the democrats will expect it to, due to their theatrics. I'm starting to believe in the idea that all these meltdowns and tears will only serve to strengthen Trump. We'll see, I guess.

Virtue-signaling on the left is completely out of control.

Never thought I would say this, but THANK GOD the orange clown won the election.

Delta and United Airlines have added their names to the list of companies that have cut ties with the NRA. Like THAT is going to do something. Anybody else getting fairly disgusted with how companies will bow down to online mobs of social media?

They will probably go back in a month once it slows down. This is literally only creating new NRA members. The left is so stupid.

Dont even get me started on the dumbass high school students being paraded all over CNN with super shitty opinions. Lol one of which was kids should boycott Florida for spring break.

Their actual opinions, or the scripted ones CNN fed them?

The thing I didn't understand was how being in the NRA warranted any sort of discount rate on anything since a lot of this cutting ties seemed to refer to how they were no longer honoring NRA discounts.

They have discounts to NRA members. Just like they give discounts to AAA  members.  Here in Cincinnati everyone's and their brother gives discounts to Proctor and Gamble employees.  It's a way to attract business.

I don't really understand why you ever do business or give preferential treatment to a political organization.  The negative publicity isn't worht it, and that's why they are cutting ties.  AAA is not involved in politics.

I agree with this. I mean, I did just join, but it wasn't for the discounts.

And now some dumbass politician from GA (governor, maybe?) is threatening to end tax breaks for Delta until they reinstate the discount program.

I think the tax break had already been revoked, they were in the process of giving the break back to them, and now they aren’t giving it to them again now. I think Deltas’ decision was stupid, but I think playing politics with the tax break is messed up.

Trying to force a company to do business with the NRA?  I know it's politics, but that's ridiculous.

It is not forcing them to do anything.  The tax break expired; Delta probably wants it to be revisited; GA under no commitment to do anything.

But I am glad for once that somebody at least stood up and took the side of the non-politically correct group, because 99% of the time it is the other way around, continued caving to liberal ideology.
