Wonder what the procedure was that they failed to follow.

Without reading any of the articles, my guess would be illegal search.  Probably figured kids were in danger, so go now and make it legal later.  Normally that probably works, except these guys likely had money for good lawyers.

Heard about this last night on national news.....sounded like they had 10 days to do something and missed the deadline.

Whoever's job it was should no longer be employed.

Out on a technicality means they will likely be arrested again.  I bet they will be hard to find

This. The charges must be dismissed without prejudice. No idea why they weren't immediately refiled.

In your dumbass progressiveness of the day, California democrats, including the chairman of the Cali Dem party, are up in arms bc In N' Out donated money to the Cali Republican party. Only fucking losers get upset about this. I guarantee a ton of products I buy and eat donate to the progressives and I don't give a shit as long as you have a delicious burrito bowl or burger. To get upset about a $25k donation is the epitome of TDS.

This.

I feel the same way about movies and television shows with actors and actresses.  You can be as loud as you want.  I don't care.  I'll still watch your movies or shows unless you suck at acting.

Hell, Tom Cruise is a scientology nutjob and I still watch his films.

Speaking of which, for a good laugh google the riff between Cruise and Travolta.

Yep, if the food is good, I don't GAF what the ownership's politics/religion/etc. are.

If the acting, music, etc. is good, I don't GAF what the artist's politics/religion/etc. are.

If the athletic contests are entertaining, I don't GAF if the competitors don't seem like great human beings or kneel for the anthem or whatever.

I just sit back and laugh at the OUTRAGE when bitches start bitching.

Can't say I was ever much of a Beto fan, until the details of his old DUI came out today.

I mean, crashing into a truck, flying across the median into oncoming traffic, and trying to flee the scene whilst blowing a .136 is pretty badass.

So apparently NBC has been threatening Ronan Farrow (guy who broke the Harvey Weinstein story). NBC is denying it, of course.

I've used two political opposite outlets as links. Both of them are citing The Daily Beast, so I'm skeptical. Or rather, I'm not sure what to believe. I think this very easily could happen, but I guess we'll have to wait and see how (or if) this plays out.

That sounds like it's actually re-hashing an old story.  I remember NBC either trying to kill the story, or not approve it (take away resources, etc).

Weinstein had a lot of influence, and probably dirt on a bunch of people.  My guess is NBC big shots were running scared of that story.

Kaepernick gets huge Nike campaign deal...stock down 3% in pre-trading.

https://www.thestreet.com/markets/nike-slides-after-colin-kaepernick-unveiled-in-anniversary-just-do-it-campaign-14700227

I don't get this move from a business standpoint. Who is going to start buying Nike bc of it vs who won't buy now bc of it?  I doubt many people either way, so then you're just glorifying a moron (Che Guerroro shit, cops as pigs socks, kneeling for an "epidemic" that doesn't exist)

Reports also say he has been getting paid by Nike this whole time, which proves my point (and many others) from the beginning that Kaep never wanted to work in the NFL again.  He can make much more money from this than he could as a backup QB, plus he doesn't have to worry about doing any damage to his brain.

I LOL at anyone who actually thinks Kaep made a sacrifice.  The dude was benched before he started this shit.  If he legitimately cared, he would have made a stand when he was doing well.  Perhaps during the SB run?  I guess fighting against "oppression" of blacks is only worth the team distraction if your team sucks ass and your career is falling apart.

inb4 gblock tells us he is neutral on this topic and then proceeds to defend Kaep until he dies.

I actually loved the ad.  I don't think it's particularly accurate in depicting his circumstances, but I think it will appeal well to the masses.

I've never cared for the brand personally, and I'm not even sure I have any clothing from them, but I could see this being a win overall.

The Kavanaugh hearings became a circus from the beginning. Kamala Harris trying to get set up to run for President, she's unsufferable and always interrupts hearings. Just vote on it now instead of this bullshit circus that will end with him being confirmed anyway.

Add Blumenthal and Booker to the list of idiots.
