It sure sounds like Biden is getting himself into trouble with this claim that he was arrested in South Africa while trying to reach Nelson Mandela in prison, a claim no one can verify.  

I've seen a couple of excuses put forward, that Biden's stories are "a composite of experiences" or "or sort of parable" to convey a message.  In other words, very, very nice ways of saying he's lying.  It's just pathetic how hypocritical media on both sides are.

But I think in both cases that's a staple of all campaigns.  Bernie might come from a poor family, but as a career politician he's never been in the "bottom 50%".  So they all make-up shit trying to relate to people.  Biden's problem is he tends to be a bit too specific and sensational, and he's had a higher profile for a lot longer than the rest which makes it easier to debunk.  Trump and Biden are practically the same person.

More skilled politicians, like Obama (or, at least, lesser sociopaths), either use people as props or make-up a story attributable to some unknown person they met on the campaign trail.  It's impossible to debunk a story relayed from an unknown girl in some small, unknown town.

Biden is not circling the drain because he told a tall tail.  The establishment has lost control of the party like the Republican establishment did in 2016.  Biden got the VP nod even though he once all but referred to Obama as the house negro.  The political ground has since shifted.  His fate will be that of Jeb Bush.

And Biden has gone well past simple gaffes to the point I do believe he's in the early stages of senility.  He tells a story, it might be true, or it might not.  It might be relevant, or not.  It might be 150,000, or maybe 150 million.  But no matter, he's the only guy who can beat Trump like a drum!

I am probably in the minority with this opinion, but I actually don't think this is as crazy as some people are making it out to be.  It's all about name recognition and nobody wants to associate with the coronavirus.  This happens to brands all the time.  Corona is already a shitty beer to begin with, so it's not difficult to choose another beer.

It isn't an American thing, it's a human being thing vsame things go on everywhere. 

I had a Corona Light last night. Wasn't bad. Feel kinda sick today, though.

I know the Coronavirus has been the big topic but I'm surprised the libs and the media haven't been all over this Miller Coors mass shooing in Milwaukee. Oh yeah, 51 year old African-American shooter whose wife is an Elizabeth Warren supporter. Guess that doesn't fit the narrative. Nothing to see here....
