If I was 'Pro Big Red'...u would have been off this forum a LONG time ago.
Seems to me 3/4 of the negative things Big Red people say are in direct response to YOU. Here's a noble idea...let IC worry about what IC does..let Big Red worry about what Big Red does. You sit back and quit whining and crying about everything that other school does and just WATCH THE KIDS PLAY FOOTBALL ON FRIDAY NIGHTS!!! Amazing how a bunch of 'adults' can be so childish over some of the dumbest things. -

My family used to own United Dry Cleaners the building next to George Studios in Wintersville. We would decorate the cleaners with wintersville & big red colors. The employees would wear wintersville and big red shirts. This was the week before the game.
One Saturday I was wearing my big red shirt and another employee was wearing her wintersville shirt. A customer came in and asked what's the big idea on the big red decorations in the store. I smiled and explained to her that we (the owners) were from steubenville.
She then said she would no longer be bringing her dry cleaning to us. I then explained that if she liked the uniforms that the wintersville band wears and how clean they look then they should thank us because we were the 'LOWEST' bid. Also we sponsored and donated trophy's to their band competition every year and donated to ALL sports and advertised in ALL their programs.
All my cousins went to wintersville. That was one of the reason's they got such a low bid for the band uniforms. We had many friends other then my cousins in the 80's @ wintersville. We would sell/buy their cookies/candy at the cleaners etc for their school functions.
We donated because we wanted too. Indifference to the school or city limits or because they were our cousins. Any time I was out in the city or village and if asked to donate on tag day I would. Because I remembered when I was little, I didn't see wintersville or big red....it was just the A's Vs the Yankees. And all i wanted to do was collect the most money for my team.
Besides what's the big deal with a little change! When you see the Salvation kettle. Do you ask them if it's 'ONLY' going towards the population of the village? or the rest of humanity in the Ohio Valley? I wonder. -

The truth is that most businesses in Wintersville are owned by "Steubenville People", or former Steubenville People that moved out there. There wouldn't be many stores in that village if it wasn't for the evil Steubenville. -

And my point to the post of my business was If we acted like you then we would not have supported wintersville school system. But we did. And we supported it before we bought the business. My father ran one of the banks in wintersville

You call me out in private messages when you think something I say is a violation of rules and you are going to sit there an let someone post a picture of the Klu Klux Klan and accuse me of being associated with them and let it go? As a matter of fact there is..just go to your User control panel...scroll down..on the left hand side you will see a buddy/ignore list...just add whoever's name in there that you want to ignore. Fact is..you were given a warning first..then you proceeded to not listen and you violated the rules again..THEN you were given time off. For your information...not that it's really any of your business...Admiral was just given his first warning...if it happens again..he will get the same fate that you did..a week off. Now, please go whine and cry to someone else. B/c the only point that I have proved is that I am being fair towards all the members that post in this forum. If you don't think I am, then you are more than welcome to NOT post in this forum. That would solve all the issues you seem to be having.
