  I wish I did. I live in Largo Fl and manowar sent me the big red video vault. The mailman couldn't even lift the box out of the truck lol. So in the last couple of months I've been going through 27 yrs of this "new technology called VHS tape". I've burned through my Ol' VCR and a hard drive and had to start over.
  Now with a new VCR, hard drive, external hard drive and added memory I've been transferring the VHS to DVD to begin a digital library of big red games from the Reno era.
  
  Wintersville games that I'm missing are as follows; 83', 84', 86' and 87'. I'll get them added soon. If anyone has the listed games I'd be glad to transfer them to DVD for you in trade for adding the missing games to the library. We are trying to add descriptive videos too are rival section of rollredroll.com Big Red Vs Wintersville Big Red Vs Central etc. Just PM me if you have any info on game tape or film.
  
  The video quality starts to deteriorate VHS, the first to go is the color. Transferring them to DVD will keep them for another 25 yrs. Preserving them to the digital library will keep forever.

  The game on this video was the 85 playoff game. WHS was third in the region that year. Only the top 4 made the playoffs. The year before they were 4th in the region but only 2 teams per region went to the playoffs, so they weren't in that year. Steubenville of course won the state title in84. In the regular season game in 85 Steubenville won 14 - 0.

  War Admiral, I thought I had the 87 game in there....I remember watching it before. The "5 minute deliberation" was actually under 10 seconds.

  Also the 84" Championship game, 85' CCC game both have broken tape. I'm trying to repair. Using a re-winder would have prevented this damage. (Dang this new technology) I'm also finding some with major image/color damage.

  Here's a trivia question for the Big Redders. How many times did the Red ever lose 2 in a row at home to the same team?
  Other than above my other guess would be to Central in the 70's.

  Heck, as far as that goes, Central not only beat us two years in a row, but also back to back...as they beat us the last game of 1945 and the first game of 1946.

  Back on post #135 SOS was kind of angry about sitting through entire events and not given a free drink and perhaps slice of pizza since he was working the event . and added he saw several Big Red kids given free drinks and stuff. Well I dont know about that one . Band kids get free drink and pizza every game ,but if I know SOS is working an event Ill buy him a drink and pizza no problem . ..Although getting paid to sit and watch a Big Red game for free while being on the clock aint a bad days pay if you ask me .

  If its true the person attending either didnt believe the guy or the person was just stupid . which I run into stupid people all the time . Like the guy at a store who cards you for beer once and the next day you go and buy beer again and he cards you again and when you say why he says its the law . If I was the bus driver I would have just walked through and if somebody said something Id say Im with the opposing team . Im walking in period .

  I was really Impressed with us finnally kicking a field goal in a game , I have been saying this for awhile we need a kicker ,if not for the reg season then the playoffs.
  Oh this is an IC thread my bad .
  Ummmmm Nice picture in the herald star by IC . They dropped us and maybe the points they get from Weir will get them in to play us in bigboy season. just teasing .
  Go Chiefs you kind of got on MOW and said more or less worry about your own ,well you worried about him so now Im putting you on notice all responses against our Red will be met with same in kind now you can take it to whatever level you want .
  Where you from anyway ? Maybe your team and IC can face off .

  Well I see the attempted thread hijacking has started... I'm not worried about Big Red till after week 10. Getting back to Creek...
  
  Creek dominated the game against Weir... There wasn't any doubt by the second series that it had the potential to turn ugly quick. IC held Weir to under 5 first downs in the first half. The score was 26-0 at halftime, we forced 2 fumbles, one was recovered in the endzone for a TD. Reserves saw PT late into the 3rd quarter with the Freshman playing most of the 4th.The Freshman bent, but didnt break holding the shutout and had a nice stand when Weir was inside the 20. Alex Young ran a reverse 70 yards but it was called back on an iffy block to the back. The defense was solid even though we were missing 3-4 key players with injury. Overall it was a very good game for Creek and a good tune up for John Hay...

  Well, it's kinda obvious you're new here. I guess you should have read all that moderated posts before commenting, eh? Know what's going on before you try to call someone out. I'll leave it at that. Perhaps you haven't noticed that it's kinda my job to keep it level headed around here. If I got on anyone it was well warranted. And no thanks, we don't need to play IC. We have no problem filling up a schedule, but thanks for the suggestion! As for 'all responses against our Red'..what part of..I don't care about Big Red didn't you see? I mean, obviously you went through the whole thread right? I guess you just read what you wanted to read?
