  I dont think you need a warrant to monitor email, could be wrong though.

  Seems like it would be the same as somebody showing pictures of a person selling or doing drugs to police. Basically that alone wouldn't be enough, but police could investigate and from there would be able to do whatever

  exactly. I believe he is going out of the way because the authorities are doing their best to push this to the side! He is putting all the info out there to for everybody to see, so that that SPD cannot hide facts. SPD has used excuses such as they cant determine who was at the party, pictures that were deleted, etc...and anonymous has made a video saying how to determine and recover each.

  Actually I believe what happened was there were so many people trying to hear the interview that they couldn't get the stream on the stations web page. Their wasn't an attack on the station. I had to listen to it on an alternate page.
