C'mon, chastising on Ringz for correcting "don't" & "doesn't", and you rebuked me for the use of "to" & "too"?
Mr. Pot, please meet Mr. Kettle.

LoL. Reps to both of you. And I don't give out reps often.

Thank you for the offer, but I do not drink. And I would prefer not to have any beer at a high school tailgate that I'm helping organize. (I had a school principal and 3 student-athletes at my tailgate 2 weeks ago) Thanks, though! I agree that I should probably get another pack of brats and maybe another bag of burgers. I can always have leftovers, right? Haha.

So, for tailgating, depending on how many people will actually show up, we may need more burgers/brats. I just counted, and I have 12 hamburgers, 10 Johnsonville bratwursts (5 hot, 5 regular), 12 hot dogs, and enough buns for the aforementioned foods. If we have 10 people and each has 3 pieces of food, we'd be covered. But if we have a crowd and some appetites, I may ask that somebody bring your favorite burger/brat, too. I will not be bringing any more than what I listed. Also, I have 7 Pepsi cans, 2 lemonades, and 11 waters. Not sure what I need anyone to bring. If you think any of the above will not be enough, feel free to bring whatever.

I look forward to meeting some new people (I hope), enjoying some good food, sports chatter, and then an outstanding game between two very, very deserving teams!

    Good luck Bobcats!

UPDATE: Ringz is bringing some brats and chips.
How many cubes of ice will you be bringing? ;)

Thats OK, I am still going to bring beer and drink it at your truck and throw my empties in the back of your truck. Make sure you get all that food for my group. See you then!
  • THE4RINGZ
I have a feeling Old Rider is about to me uninvited.

PIT is OK with it...I just hope he gets that food so there is enough for us!

Just to be clear, I'm cool with anyone showing up. I am not OK with the alcohol at my tailgate. Like I said, I will be bringing the aforementioned amount of food and maybe a few more brats or burgers, but not much. Ringz is bringing some things. If you think I'm short on anything, feel free to contribute.

Hopefully it doesn't rain on us!

Then I will just bring 2 cases of Bud Light instead of 3..see ya there!
  • RedRider1
Hold on...I'm confused. Who's bringing the keg again?
  • Old Rider
The keg is a no-go per the Pitman...but 2 cases should do based on who I am bringing and I will be sure to pour it into a plastic cup if Pitman brings those as well. If not I will be drinking straight from the can.

PIT...Feel free to recycle my empty cans and keep the money as my contribution. I will make sure all of my empties are conveniently placed in the bed of your truck!

Can't wait to tailgate and meet Ringz...see ya all there!!

I thought you met Ringz at the Norwayne/Orrville game 2 weeks ago. I know he went over to the Orrville folks to chat it up a bit...

    So far confirmed:
    thePITman (and girlfriend)
    THE4RINGZ (and son)

    How about:
    Columbusguy?
    Go Falcon?
    Bobcat?
  • Old Rider
    Pit...I didn't meet him.

As far as the tailgate...I will not be attending, but if I were...you WOULD have some cans to recycle!!LOL

Have fun and Good Luck Norwayne.

To all the OC Wayne County folk...Have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving!
  • Mookie22
See some of you OC posters there!
  • Go Falcons
Pit: I am hoping to get there early and tailgate with you. If it works I will bring extra food. Maybe left over turkey. LOL!
  • thePITman
Maybe I can ring your bell to help summon OCers to the tailgate? :D
  • Go Falcons

I was going to bring it. Got to help the Cats compete with that J-M band.

You've obviously never seen the bell in question.
  • Columbusguy
According to the OHSAA, "noisemakers of any kind including bells and horns are considered an irritant and are therefore prohibited during playoff games."
You sure they'll let you in?

Go Falcons;985298 wrote:I was going to bring it. Got to help the Cats compete with that J-M band.
    Bring the Bell!!!!!!!
  • RedRider1
OHSAA rules didn't stop Genoa from brining in airhorns and it's never stopped Orrville from bringing cow bells.

No site host is going to waste their time rounding up the "irritants.". If so, they'd have to drag out the idiots who know nothing about football. Nothing more irritating than that.
