    i think coach Haley will have this Rider D ready to you know..."smack someone in the mouth" as the Daily Record put it last yr.I saw the Riders vs minerva and louisville and northwest at perry and garfield.I have to go with the RIDER NATION in a close game won by special teams.

    Actually it should be the team with the fewest points on the scoreboard when the clock hits "00" will be the loser, FEWEST MISTAKES DOESN'T ALWAYS WIN :) Sometimes teams do overcome mistakes and pull out a win.

Here's news for you....you don't have to stir the pot to get people against the Red Riders...our history over the years has left plenty of "haters" out there. We'll just add you to the list.

    Nice preview in today's Daily Record.....but a horrible one in the Beacon Journal. Counted 7 mistakes, kids not listed in the correct class, even a kid who hasn't played for 2 years.

    Just another example of what was once a respected sports department.

    I am full of myself?!? Seriously, that is like the pot calling the kettle black. I thought if I spouted off like Orrville fans that our team would have a better chance at having a successful program.

    Not stirring any pot, just calling it how I see it.

    Not a hater at all. I respect your program, just tired of any time a NW poster puts something up about having a good season, or good team it gets bashed because the almighty Orrville is "better."

    It's amazing how every season, the 1st few games you see the numbers on the jerseys, and you think of the different players that wore that number or family members that wore a number and you can almost rattle off a few names before you see a roster and see who now wears that number proudly as a 2011 football player.
