Mr. 300Isn't this the same coach that went to the Semi's last year with basically the same team, returning mutiple D1 prospects? Are you seriously going to bash this program? Sorry friend, but you're an idiot!

yes and we lost that game by turning the ball over and getting stupid penalties. You would think things would improve but they are regressing. Hey 4 RINGZ, shouldnt you be focusing on your winless Trojans or Titans or whatever the heck you call them?THE4RINGZ;908576 wrote:+1 -

Fair enough. The Titans may end the season at 0-10, but I and others on here have too much class to come onto a public forum and post a thread bashing not only the coaching staff, but individual players as well. Calling your coaching staff an embarassment to the program, really?Red Rider Nation;908578 wrote:yes and we lost that game by turning the ball over and getting stupid penalties. The only embarassment to the program I have seen lately is you, you run your mouth on the Steubenville thread, and get female dog slapped there. You come on the Orrville thread and post that trash. You are an embarassment to the program. I am sure if the riders were picking fans, they sure as hell wouldn't pick you.
A team wins as a team and loses as a team, pretty primary rule in team sports. You lose, you learn from it and become a better team. Naysayers like yourself aren't part of a team, you just want to hide and critisize. Orrville is ashamed of people like you. -
OQBHe's not really from Orrville, just a "fan" of the program....go check out his posts on the Ursuline threads. This guy has it all figured out.
-
OQBFound on the 4th page of the Northwest/Padua thread.....this explains it all.

YOU...ARE A JOKE!!! Calling out the QB yet gain...how about you call out the linemen or DBs that missed tackles on scoring drives...weak sauce!!!!Red Rider Nation;908545 wrote:Our coaching staff is an absolute embarassment to high school football. Im sick and tired of it. Whats it going to take for a change? A very talented team that wont make the playoffs? Well stay tuned because thats whats about to happen. THis is the most uninspired Orrville team I have ever seen. Again Lichti makes mistakeS AND NOBODY SAYS ANYTHING TO HIM. Thats not coaching. I noticed Kyle Simmons in the booth upstairs. WHy isnt he on the field helping Lichti with decision making. Penalties, turnovers, more penalties, more turnovers. Unacceptable!!! THose kids that get those penalties should be yanked out of the game as soon as possible and get their head straight rather we leave them in to make more stupid penalties. Anyone want to argue with me about Matt Davis playing offense again? Well you shouldnt because when Mason is in the backfield we are predictable. I love Masons game but he cant do it by himself and needs to learn how to hold on to the football. He is good for one fumble per game. WHoever is calling our plays should take a page from Mansfields book as they mix it up a bit. Oh not Orrville, we call about 3 plays and guess what? Against good teams you arent fooling anyone. A bigger embarrasment may be the Orrville band. THey show up as the game is starting and you cant even hear them play. They should be playing late in the game when the game gets close to get the fans and players into it but that must be too much to ask. Heck I will coach the football team and direct the band at the same time and do better than these jokers!!! It wouldnt be that hard!! Red Rider tradition is gone as long as Devault is our coach because the things that made Orrville football what they are do not exist anymore. Get me a new coach please!
Well stated..Im a Waynedale guy...and he embarasses me with his jibberishTHE4RINGZ;908613 wrote:Fair enough. And im not actually calling out the QB. Im only asking when he clearly needs some help who on the sideline is coaching him during the game? Anyone? Anyone? Let me help you with that. The answer is NOBODY!!!! -

When the qb and rb had good games against Lex you had no problem with them being called out. And so what if he used their names in lieu of their uniform number or position, they're called out in the newspaper by name be it a td or to.1_beast;908660 wrote:...Calling out the QB yet gain...how about you call out the linemen or DBs that missed tackles on scoring drives... -
Riderwannabenation u can show up at practice anytime im sure
-
tinman 36He wont show up anywhere, he will just stay on here and hide behind his screen name. It's easy to be a critic after the fact. Put your real name on here, or better yet come to the game in a t-shirt that says "I'm Red Rider Nation" and sit with 5knots. The only problem with these forums is, they will sell a computer to anyone.
-
OQBJust ignore the guy....lol he isn't one of us.

If that would make you feel better tinman I have no problem with that. Again I dont have a problem showing up anywhere wearing anything at anytime. Why dont you come to Millersburg next week and see it for yourself. I will do it. The least you can do is pay for the shirt. Im not hiding behind a screen name at all. Oh and I will go to an Orrville practice but Im sure it will be a waste of my time as it is probably a bunch of laughing and joking around. When previous Orrville coaches were at the helm they were punished in practice after losing games and committing silly penalties. I would like to come to practice and see them drawing up some new plays. I dont live anywhere near Orrville or I would come there. I could at least draw up some plays for them and email Devault, or is it Davault, or is it No-vault. Just give me an email address and I can make that happen.tinman 36;908818 wrote:He wont show up anywhere, he will just stay on here and hide behind his screen name. All you have to do is go to the high school website and click on staff directory at the top. While you're at it, shoot me one, too.Red Rider Nation;909276 wrote:Just give me an email address and I can make that happen.
That was a stinging loss last night. OQB's pic of a roller coaster is about right. I honestly thought we had a chance to run the table for an OCC out right championship. Now, I fear that one more loss will doom us for the play-offs. Then we will end the year with a game of pride with Wooster. I don't feel good about our next game against WH, either. (that's right, Mr. 300, I said it!) -

I dont think there is any doubt about it. Orrville has to win out now and thats a lot of pressure. The game the worries me the most is Clearfork. I think Orrville wins the next 3 but that game down there when it usually rains could be scary. Oh well the Riders put themselves in this position.BRF;909395 wrote:All you have to do is go to the high school website and click on staff directory at the top. While you're at it, shoot me one, too.

We made it in at 7-3 last year and a 6-4 team was 8th in this region last year also. A win next week against a suprising 4-1 Knight team would vault us right back up into the rankings altough I am not sure how far we drop this week, 9th to 11th maybe. Keep the roller coaster ride going!BRF;909395 wrote: Now, I fear that one more loss will doom us for the play-offs. Then we will end the year with a game of pride with Wooster.
Don't forget alot of teams in this region still play each other, so you will see a roller coaster ride by a other teams in Region 13. -

What on earth have you seen out of this team to think with 5 games left they are a playoff team? Just curious -
riders1We don't have to have the best record in this region to be in the playoffs. It would be nice to be in the top 4, and have a home game, but top 8 are in the playoffs and we still have a very good shot as even with this loss we are probably only dropping to 8th place and as I said most teams in this region are playing each other in league game,so you will see some 4-1 and 3-2 teams lose and knock each other out. Just sit back and watch and try to enjoy the ride as a 7-3 or 6-4 team could make it in in this region!
-
OQBDon't forget we got in the playoffs at 6-4 in 2005 and hosted St. V in the first round. That is what makes Orrville different, most teams who go 6-4 don't make the playoffs because they don't play anyone, we have a very good schedule and it does give us opportunities to advance to the playoffs, even though some may think we shouldn't be there because of our record. Not to long ago a team was 6-4 and made it to the state finals, try to explain that one...these are high school kids and anything can happen on any given night.....what I am really getting at is you don't have to go undeafeted to be a good team.
