  Here is the link to the state free/reduced lunches. Several Mahoning County schools have a lower percent of free/reduced lunches than Ursuline and Mooney.

  Why can't everyone just keep going back to the MAC...you guys keep using the same schools to support yours. You never talk about the unfair advantage that Purcell Marian has. Or that Fisher Catholic is stealing all the kids from their area. You just keep bringing up Mooney and Ursuline, and skank keeps bringing up Moeller.
  
  The point is, both private and public schools have a handful of schools that are potential state championship contenders every year.

  hey dumb dumb Its like equating the major league baseball draft .. Massillon and other publics are like the Pirates and Your private schools are like the Yankees . Sure there are a small number of kids that do the open enrollment thing but it pails in comparrison to the recruiting that your schools do .. See Massillon cant openly recruit they will get sanctioned so quick especially with crooked people like you watching . You cant catch Mooney and others because they can hide behind the private school cloak .. Its so hard to proove wrong doing by a private school . on the other hand every little move is watched by Massillon and succesful public schools .. its so different and I just want the people in the middle of this debate to understand how corrupt the system is .. You enjoy your illegal benefit ,I guess I dont blame you but its very unfair . The system the OHSAA has in place .. You guys run your athletic departments like Universities . Its just so crazy that more people dont know this .. As long as people like you keep destorting the truth and convincing people its an equal playing field we cant get rid of this system .. im here for the good fight .. im here to fight the catholic school hypocracy

  Also, thindick...you're right. Mooney recruits. They recruit better than anyone else. As a matter of fact, they are recruiting right now. You see, in Youngstown, the news is talking about the Cardinals and how they are getting ready for their ELEVENTH appearance in the state title game. They mention how the Cards are getting ready to win their EIGHTH title. And kids realize that if they go to that school, they have a real chance to win a title. So they WANT to go to Mooney. The coaches and staff don't have to seek anyone out, these kids choose to seek out Mooney. They want to be a part of a winner.
  
  It's the same reason why the kids in Steubenville want to go play for the Big Red instead of playing for Steubenville Central Catholic. Why is it OK if a kid chooses Steubenville over SCC, but the other way around is cheating? Please, answer me that question.

Certain parts of the state doesnt benefit from being immune from the socio economic problems faced by others? This doesnt effect sports? When was the last time a lower income district like was brought up in Toledo and Youngstown, Cleveland, Columbus and Cincy win a state title? 2006 Columbus Brookhaven, can you name the next? Dont say a private, they only use the poor that can help them.

  Maple Heights won the state last year with 59.59% of the school on free/reduced lunches. Someone forget to tell them that they can't be good football players because they come from a low socio-economic background.

  Great tradition is fair . What you are implying here is ok .. Being able to talk to kids like universities do without consequenses is not . Like I said it is almost impossible to get Mooney on illegal recruiting because they are a private school .. Why cant people see this?
