Ravens at Browns

  • Footwedge
All the ravings about Austin Davis. Just stop it. One of his first throws was a sure pick dropped according to Dieken. (I refused to watch the Browns). Secondly, the guy had started a lot of games in the NFL and he's too stupid to run out of bounds? Dieken was furious. And then...too stupid to line them up and spike the ball? Sure, Pettine is a fuggin dolt for not screaming at the team to spike it with 40 seconds to go. But that's Mike Pettine. Coaching like a Brown.

And then there was Jimmy Donavan who actually said this before Koons ill fated kick. "Either the Browns win the game or this will go to overtime." As soon as he said it I shook my head. Announce like a Brown.

And finally....on a nationally televised game the stadium was half empty. You can thank the pompous, sanctimonious asshole head coach that benched the franchise quarterback for doing karaoke at a night club on his week off.

Say what you want about Modell, but when he owned the team you never saw an empty seat.

The Browns have their franchise quarterback. Time for you to move on.

Even though Davis had a rating of 125.8 last night, and his college stats are much better than Tom Brady's, and better college stats can predict with 100% accuracy who the better pro qb will be, I'm just not ready to declare him our franchise qb yet.

The NFL would never condon gambling like that.

However, why wouldn't they make teams kick in OT??
I could be wrong, but I don't think OT points count toward the tie breaker.

This coming weekend....on the last play of the game.........a Brown's lineman picks up a fumble and rumbles 65 yards untouched into the wrong end zone. Bengals win by 5. It has to be.

I doubt that's anything. Just some guy who used to work in the media who tweeted, "don't make me come out with those sexual assault allegations you're trying to hide."

    Just wants some attention

I thought the same until lane Atkins backed him up on it so there could be some truth to it

We better be drafting #1 overall because he isn't slipping anywhere past that.

FWIW, Walter Football has us #1 overall taking Lynch, the QB from Memphis.

Also, Walter Football agrees with me that Manziel is absolutely pure garbage.
The Browns obviously need a signal-caller, as Johnny Manziel is an idiot who has no future (or present) in the NFL.

Lane is an absolute butt hurt bitch boy, as a long time subscriber to OBR, I've been nothing but disappointed with their insider info/updates and takes since Heckert. He's a blow hard who never says anything, and knows less than nothing.

Still surprised they didn't call this. Does it have to be 100% in the backside? This looked about 80% in the back and a little in the side. Not the clearest pic and I do not know the exact rule. Sonofump?

That it is to do with gambling is not far fetched, why do they require teams to declare extent of injuries.

I absolutely love Lynch's game. Lose for Lynch. I'm all in.

Lol. Offsides is a live ball foul above high school.
In the back means numbers, that block was shoulder pads.
Are scoring plays in NFL reviewed for in bounds out of bounds in last two minutes? IDK.

Precisely. One of the reasons I don't get on there anymore.

With that being said, would it surprise anyone if these allegations were true? Sexual harassment smacks of something the Browns arrogant POS GM would think he could get away with.

I was only speaking of the potential block in the back. The other two were stupid but sure thought I saw very similar things called (usually on a punt return)

As a WR? If so, that's a good pickup. If its for QB, I'd take him over Manziel but I'd take pretty much any player over Manziel. Hell, Joe Thomas one day 1 is a better QB than Manziel will ever be.
