Both need to go; Irving because he's the same iso player as Lebron and having two on the same team isn't working out too well and Love because he's trash that doesn't fit the system the Cavs are trying to run.
Even if this were to happen, I still wouldn't bet on them winning a ring. If the early report from Woj about the Warriors being the frontrunner for Durant is true, god help us as Cavs fans. It sounds like all they would have to do is let Barnes & Iguodala go and they'd be in a position to sign him (Durant).

Saw a report from Windhorst saying the Cavs are interested in trying to get Korver. I'd take Korver over Jefferson's minutes all day.

    Hawks giving him away?

No chance Durants ends up at GSW. He's going to DC; I'd bank on it.

I don't see any way Durant goes to GS. Curry going to give up 8-10 shots a game?? Thompson sure as hell isn't.

I don't think it's in the bank he's going to DC though either.

Initially, I thought GSW would be dumb to bring Durant. They're already a championship team on pace to break the single season win record. Bringing Durant in isn't just a minor change; it revamps the entire chemistry. They'd obviously still be a great team, but we've seen how teams regress a little after making big changes. But bringing in Durant basically drops OKC to a lottery team. San Antonio will still be a good team for years to come, but will suffer a drop off after Duncan, Ginobli, and Parker are gone.

I agree with your chemistry comment. Why try to fix what isn't broken? GS can win as many rings a they want if they stay hungry over the next few years.

That, to me, is the big difference between GS and the Cavs. I think they are similar in talent but GS just plays much better as a team and uses that system to perfection.

I didn't see this rumor from Windhorst posted (about Mozgov) so I'll put it here...

I actually dont think GSW and Cavs are close on talent level. Curry can shot it form anywhere, Green is a unique special player, Warriors have more elite 2 way players. Cavs have specialist which is the biggest difference IMO.

Mozgov will be gone before the trade deadline.

Cleveland attempted to make the Lakers a different offer for Bryant that excluded James.
That roster fucking sucked. Wonder who they offered. "We'll give you Larry Hughes, Pavlovic, and Shannon Brown."

in the same article, the Lakers agreed to trade Bryant for Rip Hamilton and Prince but Bryant declined. Not exactly a great trade for the lakers either. Thus thye may have taken it lol.

Kobe would have vetoed any trade.

Ok, I've had enough. With a healthy Irving, Love is obsolete and looks awful. Shop him.
  • Benny The Jet
Welp...just as I post that looks like his shoulder slipped out.
  • SportsAndLady
    Love is fucking worthless SMH

I wish we traded for fat Kevin Love.
  • Benny The Jet
Saw someone else post on twitter and agree with it...but THAT'S why you give TT that money. We'd be in some deep trouble if he walked

Or you get rid of Love and realize he's overpaid trash.

Love is definitely done. His arm was dangling. I am about done with him. I'm down with trading him after this season.

    Or that
  • friendfromlowry
I missed it. What happened? He screw up his shoulder pretty good? Someone else cause it or just dumb luck?

League source tells ESPN that upon initial examination, Cavs do not believe Love's shoulder injury to be major: "Most likely he'll be fine"- Dave Mcm.

Love the overreaction on this thread though.

    Seriously?

You're a pretty sad KL apologist. The guy is an injury machine. If this doesn't end his season, another injury will.

The Lakers are a joke. They have zero energy, don't care, and kobe is out there just smiling and laughing. Hard to watch this kobe, so much different than his old self.
Also, anyone else think Byron Scott looks like the cop from dexter that hated him and knew what he really did?
