2015 NBA Finals: Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Golden State Warriors

In '08 or '10? Definitely '08. In '10 I'd say it was Lebron and his whole "elbow"/quitting/whatever you want to call it and if Lebron was actually engaged in that series, there was no way we lose.Commander of Awesome;1732275 wrote:Celtics. -

Was listening to 92.3 on the way home and they played press conferences from NBA TV of Blatt, KI & LBJ. After the presser they were showing the Cavs practice and, according to Bull & Fox, Kyrie was zipping around like nothing was wrong. Guess we'll see tomorrow. Would lmao if he was sandbagging and went off.Crimson streak;1732273 wrote:I dk why but I have this feeling that kyrie will go off tomorrow night for atleast 30. I feel like this will be the healthiest he had been in weeks and he's going to go out and ball out

The fact Andrew Sharp thinks the warriors have the next 7-8 best players in this series after Lebron is quite the reach. I think the Cavs' role players are being highly underestimated. I hope the warriors feel the same way.Dr. KnOiTaLL;1732231 wrote:The Grantland article was a fun read. The other just made me mad. I don't think there's a series that LeBron would ever get absolutely rolled in (while still in his prime), but maybe that's just me. Don't get me wrong, I love being the underdogs with very little expectation from anyone outside of the walls of Quicken Loans Arena. However, if the media thinks that we're going to be intimidated by GS simply because of what they have done this year, they're mistaken.
Another thing I find interesting is that no references have been made to the Game in Cleveland where we beat GS. I was at that game, and we tried and tried to give it away, but Golden State never took it. Klay and Curry combined for 31 points I think. Shumpert played 31 minutes of scoreless basketball, but did one heck of a job on Curry. Conversely, Draymond guarded LeBron, and while I don't expect this kind of outpouring again, LeBron embarrassed him for 42 points. Anyone that thinks this series will be anything short of a dogfight is insane. Curry will get hot, and GS will win a game as a result, but I also don't expect LeBron to simply roll over and let GS walk all over a dream he's had ever since he left Cleveland. This is LeBron's legacy we're talking about, and I'll be utterly surprised if we see anything short of greatness out of #23. -

Agreed. It's a pretty ridiculous statement. Evidently Shumpert, JR, Thompson, and Mozzy are just "lucky" to be on an NBA roster... They can paint it however they want it, but I just don't see us getting lambasted like everyone is expecting.
Sorry for not being clear. I meant post-Miami LeBron.Commander of Awesome;1732275 wrote:Celtics. -

They were, but the whole Knicks organization falls under that umbrella with regards to the league in general...so, I just ignore it lolAutomatik;1732327 wrote:I've heard the word "castoffs" 458394828323 times regarding the mid-season acquisitions. -
