slingshot4everSeries.
-
Lovejoy1984Fuck.
-
friendfromlowryIf Irving is out the rest of the series then Cleveland will be lucky to win a game. They just survived Lebron's best effort.
-
Dr. KnOiTaLLDang. Really exposing us for our lack of depth.

Azubuike24From a neutral observer, the Cavs seemed to out-play them and out-hustle them, until OT. However, Iguodala showed flashes of why he was a fringe star in the league. He did it all, and although he can't stop LBJ, he's one of the closest physically, athletically and IQ-wise that LeBron has ever faced. He also hit some huge shots and I thought was the difference. The Cavs don't have a do-it-all guy like that off the bench.
Golden State is just so versatile and smooth offensively, they are really hard to separate from. Even if you beat them, you're only gonna get maybe a chance or two to truly blow them out. If not, and they hang around, it can go from up 5 or 6 to their lead in a matter of seconds. -
robj55Cavs outplayed them for 90% of the game, JR lost the game, he missed like 3 or 4 wide open looks down the stretch, 3-13 not good enough. Delly doesn't belong on the court in this series, Warriors bringing in Livingston, Barbosa and AI and the Cavs bringing in Delly lol Laughable almost.

Can't help but get that feeling he blew out his knee.- [INDENT]Rachel Nichols ‏@Rachel__Nichols 17m17 minutes ago
Kyrie said he's going to take it day by day, too early to know about Game 2. Just went back into training room, needed help to walk 12 feet.

Kyrie says he's "very frustrated" & that his knee feels different than previous times he's tweaked it these playoffs. Says he'll get an MRI.

Benny The JetThe way it sounds, we may not be talking out for series...but out until end of next season.
-
bases_loaded@WindhorstESPN: Kyrie Irving left arena on crutches. Initial diagnosis is no ACL or MCL tear. MRI tomorrow. Status uncertain.

wildcats20Pretty crazy that Bron has only won one game 1 in the finals
@MikeAndMike: NERD NOTES:
Most Game 1 Losses in Finals History:
Jerry West - 6
LeBron James - 5
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar - 5
Elgin Baylor - 5 -
vdubb96My feelz are still hurt this morning.

BR1986FBMissed opportunities....Cavs need to get SOMETHING from their bench. In Lebron's two championships, he's started a series down 0-1. Hopefully, history repeats itself.

Dr. KnOiTaLLHard to see Kyrie's postgame interview. He definitely seems heartbroken that this keeps happening. After feeling "amazing" for most of the game, to have that happen in overtime when it shouldn't have come to that (travel on Mozgov, two looks at the end of regulation), it's a tough pill to swallow. However, we're Cleveland. Nothing shocks me anymore when it doesn't go our way. I can't help but think THIS is why those veterans are in the locker room and on the bench. It would be easy to lose heart and get swept after losing a tough game like this and Kyrie going down. However, I expect to see us come out swinging Game 2. If we can limit the bench production (really, Maurice Speights... really?) I think we have a shot to steal Game 2 and head back to Cleveland all even.

He's also lost 2. But you know, just ignore that.BR1986FB;1732627 wrote:Missed opportunities....Cavs need to get SOMETHING from their bench. In Lebron's two championships, he's started a series down 0-1. Hopefully, history repeats itself. -

No shit? I think he's actually lost 3 championships.wildcats20;1732643 wrote:He's also lost 2. But you know, just ignore that. -

Oh boy, look out! Fact checker wildcats is on the loose again! I don't think BR was trying to be misleading at all with this stat. Just simply pointing out the last two titles LeBron won came off game 1 losses.wildcats20;1732643 wrote:He's also lost 2. But you know, just ignore that.
