Dr. KnOiTaLL
He's also a stud coming from the #2 offensive line last year, and the right side of our line isn't exactly stellar.Commander of Awesome;1712352 wrote:He's 34 yrs old. -

Sadly this is now the best QB on the roster.BR1986FB;1712309 wrote:Good god, the Browns have just re-signed QB Thad Lewis. -
se-alumI would love to have Clay.

Dr. KnOiTaLL
Same here. He would be a great addition, IMO. Hopefully, he could stay on the field, too. Unlike Mr. Cameron.se-alum;1712364 wrote:I would love to have Clay. -
Al BundyThey resigned Cameron.

lhslep1342 years $15 million for Cameron? fine with me if he stays on the field

like_thatGreat job by farmer quickly signing him instead of waiting for clay to play with himself. Farmer played it correctly with Cameron. They gave him a fair offer and he thought he was worth more.

It may have helped Seattle got their guy in Graham, but who knowslike_that;1712394 wrote:Great job by farmer quickly signing him instead of waiting for clay to play with himself. Farmer played it correctly with Cameron. They gave him a fair offer and he thought he was worth more. -

Maybe, but I have hard time believing Seattle offers more than what Cleveland offered.lhslep134;1712401 wrote:It may have helped Seattle got their guy in Graham, but who knows -

Benny The JetI'm fine with not re-signing him. Find a way to get Maxx Williams
-
Dr. KnOiTaLLHonestly, I'd rather have Charles Clay, who hasn't had the concussion issues that Cameron has. However, we need a TE that's a receiving threat, and if Clay is going to Buffalo as it pretty much sounds like a done deal, then we gotta lock up Cameron.

On board with Maxx. 2 way Gronk-esque TE. Don't see too many receiving TE's that are good at blocking.Benny The Jet;1712411 wrote:I'm fine with not re-signing him. Find a way to get Maxx Williams -
Laley23Id rather Clay than Cameron as well. But, neither is gonna happen.

Dr. KnOiTaLL
Yeah, seems like I heard he was already house shopping in the Buffalo area...Laley23;1712423 wrote:Id rather Clay than Cameron as well. But, neither is gonna happen. -

Specifically Cameron's quote...
"He’s young, he’s willing to work and he puts the hours in. They were singing his praises today. It was definitely a big part of my decision"
In other words he is not Josh McCown (he is young) and he is not Manziel (he puts the hours in). That was a specific jab at the current stock of Cleveland QBs and therefore at the front office for putting the Browns in that QB situation. -

First thing I thought of this morning when I read that was he was taking a shot at Manziel more than McCown.jmog;1712505 wrote:http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/03/13/jordan-cameron-playing-with-tannehill-a-big-part-of-decision/

bases_loadedCool, guy is one knuggie away from never playing again. I would take him, yes...but if I was as cash strapped as the Dolphins will be now, I wouldn't want to be paying him 8 mill per.
