No maybe about it.robj55;1749744 wrote:Yeah, don't understand them at all. Those stats were made for nerds who never played the game to try and rationalize their nonexistent basketball IQ's. Just my opinion, maybe I'm old fashioned. -
HitsRusposted this on the Browns jets thread wiithout realizing the discussion was going on here....sorry for the repeat.

I agree...this whole scenario with trading West for next to nothing and shorting themselves at RB, so that they had to do this deal and cut a now healthy Pryor ( after keeping him all through training camp with a hamstring pull)....and then picking up a RB off the waiver wire ( who can't play for 4-5 weeks because of a high ankle sprain)...it's beyond bizzare. This reminds me almost of the Wedge/Bradley fiasco that the Indians were involved with several years back.
I don't see any upside to this maneuvering...none at all.

I forgot Shaun Rogers was a three time bowler with the Browns. I did not forget the gun at the airport and taking plays off.Commander of Awesome;1749883 wrote:http://www.cleveland.com/livingston/index.ssf/2015/09/ten_best_cleveland_browns_play.html#incart_river

1. We got a top 5 secondary and a much improved DL which should help stop the run
2. The offensive line got even better with Mack coming back and Erving.
3. We are better at wr than we were last year and we have some dependable guys who can catch the football.
4. As much as people hate on mccown he's a vet that knows his role and won't try to do too much. He knows he's gotta take care of the football and he doesn't have to force throws and make big plays. The ground game and o line will move the football.
5. We have 3 good running backs and west and Crow have experience now. And adding duke as a huge home run big play guy will be huge not only in the running game but in the passing game. A screen could easily go 70 yards for a touchdown with the ball in his hands he's that electric.
Should be a very interesting season. Just gotta stay healthy

Now we have a top 5 defense arguably a top 2 offensive line. A lot better players around mccown than we had before. Mccown just needs to be average that's it. And the Browns will win quite a few games
