BR, you are a Joe Thomas hater. Everyone thinks so, but you argue. Guess we're all wrong huh?

    Yes

Don't hate JT. I can't stand jaded unobjective blind homers though. That's why, for the most part, I think OSU has the most delusional fanbase on the planet.

This is unsupported, pure hating. BR, your failure to realize that is fucking pathetic. Just admit you don't like Thomas instead of trying to defend an indefensible position.

Jesus. You do realize you live in Ohio right? Guess it's wonderful that you're so smart and knowledgable when it comes to sports. Everyone else is always wrong.

Lol get a clue. Sounds like you're delusional.

BR1986FB;1682088 wrote:Actually, if I was the "hater" you claim, I would've been on the Buffalo thread giving him shit for his poor performance that day, like many others were.
If you weren't the hater you claim "you're not", then you wouldn't have criticized someone's run blocking when they were leading the entire league in that category for their position.

That's both an unintelligent and illogical position to take, explained only by one's blind hatred. You don't have to actually believe he's the best in the league at it, but you also can't seriously claim that he sucks at it.

BR is just going through a rough patch. He's been overly critical in every thread/post past 2 weeks. Wheter its shitting on the browns best player, and only thing positive about the browns since 2007, or criticizing his GF's kid's workout regimen, not the typical posting I recall seeing from BR. Hope he snaps out of it.

GTFO with this unobjective blind homerism. I have always called a spade a spade. PLENTY of browns players who I said sucked ass. JT played like shit last week against buffalo. Probably his worst game of his career. The last time he had a game like that was FOUR years ago lining up against Abraham of the falcons. I will admit, I have been a big fan of JT since the day he was drafted, but the facts show he is one of the best LTs. I can only remember 3 bad games out of him, which were the two i just mentioned, and he had one bad half against freeney a few years ago + one bad half against the ravens a couple years ago (when FW's dumbass cried to get him traded). So the 2 bad halves will equal one bad game. Other than that, I am pretty sure JT has graded out with a positive grade week in and week out. Unfortunately the only one who is blind is you. Based on FACTS/STATS JT has been the best LT in the league since 2007. You tried to claim he sucks at run blocking, and that claim was also thwarted with facts. Instead of admitting you were wrong, you went on to list HOF tackles that JT is not better than LOL. Here is a stat for from an espn article

"Only 10 players in NFL history have been to the Pro Bowl in each of their first seven seasons. Nine are in the Hall of Fame: Jim Brown, Dick Butkus, Joe Greene, Franco Harris, Merlin Olsen, Mel Renfro, Barry Sanders, Lawrence Taylor and Derrick Thomas."

For some reason you hold weird irrational grudges against our best players (i.e. JT and Gordon), yet you jerk off to shitty players (Weeden). Just admit you are wrong about JT and move on.

Our All-Pro tackle is the least of our worries.

Thomas still played poorly, but not going to crucify him because the officials where as smart as buttwedge.
lol. I am sure that ironman has that crew ranked just in front of Triplette, I dont disagree.

    Jerome Boger's crew.

He would have the worst crew but he hasn't ended anyone's playing career or caused anyone to go blind.

Triplette is therefore unable to be topped.

    Boger is funny bad.

There are a couple crews I haven't seen before this year....the one with a bigger African American guy has been really good....the other crew I've only seen once and they called a million penalties on one of those Sunday Night games.

Over the last four weeks: Richard Sherman's passer rating allowed: 12.5. 45.8. 0 TDs, 3 INTs.

You know who's even better in that four-week stretch? Joe Haden (20.1 opp. rating) and Buster Skrine (34.4). 0 TDs, 5 picks for CLE CBs.

    Per PFF

Hope they keep it up against the Dolts.

In b4 BR says theyre not that good and compares them to HOFers who are better.

Already posted this on the wrong Browns thread so here goes..again...

Jeff Thomas, who does the 20-20 sports minute updates on the Fan, had a one liner this morning that had me shoot my morning coffee out my nose. The Shanahan interview where he said the quarterback decision was close call but coach decided to go with the guy that has a 7-5 record....and then says he supports the decision to which Thomas quipped..."better watch out. there's a big truck backing up". He should have added how deep the load was too, but as the Bull would say....good job out of him.

Yeah...I'm sure Shanahan is real pleased playing the 27th ranked quarterback in the NFL against the top rated offense in all of football. Especially given the circumstances that he has a guy with a stronger arm, more accurate arm, and the ability to run it in in the red zone anytime he wants to in the red zone rotting away on the bench.

And all that great work by Hadin over the last three weeks has been thrown into the shitter because our quarterback blows. If it wasn't for a ridiculous time mismanagement scenario by the Atlanta coach, this team would be looking at 4 straight losses Sunday.

Would not be the least bit surprised if this team finishes 7-9. If they do, Pettine shoulders all the blame in his boneheaded, stubborn decision.

Haden has been exceptional over the last few weeks.

Told Jr. that he needs to be my designated driver Sunday because I've got some serious drinking and some serious booing to get done this Sunday.

Pettine's going to get a real education this week on the passion of true Browns fans. It's one thing to suck...it's another thing to suck because you're playing the coach's kid instead of the best player.

This might resemble bottlegate of a few years ago.
