Huh? What did I say? It's asinine to not give OB credit.Commander of Awesome;1635586 wrote:See S&L's post a few back. Thanks. -

OB kind of laid out that letter for us months and months ago. He even hinted it was possible BEFORE the season started. To not give him credit is ridiculous, imo. It wasnt shit spewed against the wall. Its pretty clear it was info coming from Maverick and LeBrons boys.vball10set;1635588 wrote:Yes you did, but you weren't the only one...just sayin' -

It's not that he called LBJ coming back, it's that he came to that conclusion using LRMR sources that were disregarded on here.vball10set;1635588 wrote:Yes you did, but you weren't the only one...just sayin' -

Oh okay gotcha now, my bad I forgot about the reverse jinx. I guess my point still stands though that I think it's ridiculous you won't give OB (or at least his sources) credit.Commander of Awesome;1635593 wrote:Reverse Jinx -

Yeah, let's not act like firing Mike Brown, getting the #1 pick, and the Heat losing in the finals had nothing to do with it.Laley23;1635578 wrote:Come on, he said it pretty much exactly how it happened. -

Lbj ain't coming back and is a thin skinned ***** bitch boy. Do I want him on the cavs? Hell yeah. Do I think he is or ever was considering the cavs? No.
Also, how is this any different then OB1...other than it being incorrect.Commander of Awesome;1633868 wrote:Said it all along. He's not coming to Cleveland. -

You really think he wasnt coming to the Cavs no matter what? So, we are not ignoring word for word what LBJ himself is saying?Mulva;1635599 wrote:Yeah, let's not act like firing Mike Brown, getting the #1 pick, and the Heat losing in the finals had nothing to do with it.
Sure, he might be lying. But, come on. -

Had to reverse jinx it. Hope this helps.Laley23;1635601 wrote:Also, how is this any different then OB1...other than it being incorrect. -

Right. It was a perfect storm of his people reaching out early enough to get the wheels spinning, Heat looking not only beatable but unsustainable, and Cavs' situation very lucky and fluid (I mean 3/4 #1's?).Mulva;1635599 wrote:Yeah, let's not act like firing Mike Brown, getting the #1 pick, and the Heat losing in the finals had nothing to do with it.
Who cares though, WE HAVE LEBRON AHHHHHHHHHH -

I don't think you can unequivocally say one or or another what he would have done, it's somewhere in between. JMOLaley23;1635603 wrote:You really think he wasnt coming to the Cavs no matter what? So, we are not ignoring word for word what LBJ himself is saying?

Im all about the reverse jinx, but thats not what you were doing. At least not the whole time.Commander of Awesome;1635604 wrote:Had to reverse jinx it. Hope this helps. -

I would say 0% chance LeBron leaves instead of going for 4 straight, yes. I also haven't seen a single quote of him saying he was coming back "no matter what".Laley23;1635603 wrote:You really think he wasnt coming to the Cavs no matter what? I agree. But I will give someone the benefit of the doubt next time when their "scenario" played out about 100% to what he predicted 6 months ago.lhslep134;1635606 wrote:I don't think you can unequivocally say one or or another what he would have done, it's somewhere in between. JMO -

ohiobucks1I was chest thumping for sure. But it was mostly because I have been drunk for the last 48 hours due to sheer happiness. Nothing was guaranteed when it came to Lebron, but I certainly didnt think Maverick would lie to us, he had said he genuinely has wanted to come back for a while.
Regardless. Now it's a matter of getting Love without giving up Wiggins. -

Had nothing to do with these. Lebron was coming home regardless. Read the essay...he listed the reasonsMulva;1635599 wrote:Yeah, let's not act like firing Mike Brown, getting the #1 pick, and the Heat losing in the finals had nothing to do with it. -
Pick6I give OB credit, but I definitely remember him saying this past season that the chances of Bron coming back weren't looking good. I seem to remember the storyline being: He's interested-> more than likely not going to happen -> he's interested.

SportsAndLadyDeng rumored to be favoring Miami. We should get their first round pick next year, as they are definitely a playoff team.
-
slingshot4everEverything I read talks about us having 3 1st round picks next year. Outside of their own and Miami's, who else's do we have the rights to??

Memphis' protected 1-5 and 15-20. Gotta root for Memphis to miss the playoffs and not win the lottery.slingshot4ever;1635708 wrote:Everything I read talks about us having 3 1st round picks next year. Outside of their own and Miami's, who else's do we have the rights to??
