Depends on how much of an idiot you are. If you're a dumbass you'll always think I'm a jerk bc I'll make fun of you for being a dipshit. Hence my last post.Dr. KnOiTaLL;1633503 wrote:Lol, are you ever NOT a douche? . -

You could do it.. It'd be gutting the team and probably not very realistic though.sleeper;1633507 wrote:There's no way we are getting both Lebron and Love especially if Lebron gets the max. It would have to be some funky sign and trade maths and Love wouldn't get a max deal either.
But basically you'd have what Miami has now. -

If they got Love and LBJ, with Wiggins on a rookie deal, they would have a big 4. So not quite like Miami, unless you mean Kyrie would have to go as well...ZWICK 4 PREZ;1633510 wrote:You could do it.. It'd be gutting the team and probably not very realistic though.

Well you could keep Kyrie but have an even worse bench than Miami.Laley23;1633512 wrote:If they got Love and LBJ, with Wiggins on a rookie deal, they would have a big 4. So not quite like Miami, unless you mean Kyrie would have to go as well... -

Wiggins + Irving + Love + Lebron. Who cares about the bench?ZWICK 4 PREZ;1633514 wrote:Well you could keep Kyrie but have an even worse bench than Miami. -
sleeperMiami's in the spot that its in because the talent drop off is significant after Lebron and Bosh. Wade is a shell of his former self and Love is a substantial upgrade over Bosh. I'm assuming we'd lose Waiters/Bennett in any trade for Love but we may be able to retain TT and Andy giving us at least some depth.
-
sleeperI bet if Lebron comes back, Andy would be willing to take a slight paycut as well in exchange for additional years on contract. He's not worth $9.8M any more but it would surprise me if he would turn down a restructured 4 year deal worth $20M to play along side Lebron and win championships.
-
Midstate01The reason they could do love deal is because once the have him they can resign him and go over the cap. Something gilbert is very willing to do. The hurdle is making a trade to get him here.
-
Midstate01Can NBA players restructure deals though? Not sure I've ever heard that.

How was I being a dipshit or a dumbass? Seems to me like someone forgot his coffee this morning?Commander of Awesome;1633509 wrote:Depends on how much of an idiot you are. If you're a dumbass you'll always think I'm a jerk bc I'll make fun of you for being a dipshit. Hence my last post.
Nothing I posted or said was negligent or moronic. I simply was stating what I had been told from a partially reliable source. Just because you or others don't necessarily agree with it doesn't make it dumb, it just makes you intolerant of opinions other than your own, which pretty much sums up 99% of your posts. -

I just want to know where you somehow came up with this BS that COA and I want nothing to do with Lebron coming back, meanwhile the rest of the cavs fan on this site want him back.Dr. KnOiTaLL;1633528 wrote:How was I being a dipshit or a dumbass? 100% false. Don't feed turdos bullshit. That's all he has. -
Benny The JetIf you're believing the stories and rumors out there that he's coming back, by what day do you start to get less confident it's not happening? If it hasn't happened by this time next week, do you still feel he's coming back? Just curious.

I'll get a better idea myself probably a few days after the meeting with Riley.Benny The Jet;1633535 wrote:If you're believing the stories and rumors out there that he's coming back, by what day do you start to get less confident it's not happening? Any more word out there about when exactly he's meeting?SportsAndLady;1633537 wrote:I'll get a better idea myself probably a few days after the meeting with Riley. -
robj55Windhorst said the meeting was taking place today I thought? No idea what Pat Riley is going to sell him, nothing is concrete right now.

Laley23I actually think the biggest hurdle could be Melo. If/when he signs with LA/NY you will see Houston go after Bosh with Max. If Bosh takes the Max from Houston, LBJ is likely out of Miami. The whole reason he opted out was, imo, because of Wades health and declining ability (Screamin A said something similar this morning as well). Otherwise, he wouldve just played out the next year thinking they could win.

Now if they could somehow land Kevin Love to a long term deal I could see him returning. I don't see him coming back to play with a bunch of young guys. That being said, still don't want him back.SportsAndLady;1619924 wrote:No.sleeper;1619928 wrote:I doubt it but that doesn't mean its not possible.SportsAndLady;1619930 wrote:Lebron isn't coming back to Cleveland.
I have no reasoning other than this is Cleveland and that would be too good of news.Mohican00;1619939 wrote:No. I'm a firm believer Lebron is chasing rings so he is going to end up on ready made teams. The Cavs have no coach, haven't made the playoffs since Lebron left, and this max deal shit with Kyrie only cements the notion that he isn't happy as a Cavalier. Oh, and Dan Gilbert is still owner.
He'll stay on with the heat for the 2014-15 season and then move on if he's tired of his old ass team. Might he come back to the Cavs as part of a farewell, last team before he retires deal? Possibly, but who the fuck wants that?Commander of Awesome;1620146 wrote:Here's what I know, catering to lbj's every want got us a big FUCK YOU on national tv and him bouncing to Miami to play penis flickers recruiting every fa which he never did in Cleveland. I'm sticking to what I predicted, which is there is no shot he comes. Frankly, he can go fuck himself.
Tired of going through more posts, but I guess these posts are the reason I included COA and like_that when thinking that they didn't want LeBron back. Guess I should've included S+L and a few others as well.lhslep134;1626732 wrote:I think there's a better shot at him coming now because: 1) the Cavs having ammunition to make moves; 2) #1 pick, whoever we choose, and 3) the Heatles' future up in the air.
But that's not a bold statement because going from a 1% chance to 5% chance is still "better". The Heat are going to have a ton of flexibility too if all 3 renounce their contracts, I think there's a great chance they do enough to keep him. -

I don't think Lebron is coming back, and I think he is a douche. That doesn't mean I don't want him back. Huge difference. Not really sure how you can't comprehend that. I would take any player I despise (except rapistberger) if it meant winning a title.
Also I stand by my comment that he could go fuck himself if he thought the cavs were gonna make moves to cater to the thought or him POSSIBLY coming back to the team. You don't make drafts picks based on one person who might or might not join your team. The cavs drafted THEIR guy, which I'm happy with. -

I think you're misinterpreting S&L's posts. I think he'd LOVE to have LBJ back but thinks it's a pipe dream. Myself, on the other hand? Do. Not. Laley23Yeah, I think BR is the only person who has steadfastly said he doesnt want LeBron back. Everyone else reversed their tune once emotions settled down a few months/year into it. LeBron has also done a great job on his image and seems to have grown up a ton, which makes it easier for people to forgive...but no doubt, most want him back cause people want to win titles. LeBron = best chance at that.
