    Wow.
HOw about that for a shake up.

Have to believe this was promised to Farmer and that was why he didnt go to Miami

Now it all makes sense why Farmer turned down Miami's job.

The browns aren't a better job though.

Joe Banner leaving is nothing but a positive.
  • thavoice
Now when the browns are good you know he is going to boast that he was right all along.

You mean after the great, thorough job they did with coaching search that they would be let go? Just goes to show that as much as like_that and CoA wanted to claim it wasn't, the perception of the Browns around the league was not good with those two in the FO.

How do you know that banner and Lombardi had much of a say decision?

Keep finding reasons to QQ though.

Why would I QQ, this proves what I was saying. I also said Farmer stayed knowing he would be the GM sooner rather than later, no way he turned down Miami to work under that clown show.

What are you talking about? What does that have to do with anything I said?
  • Commander of Awesome
Oh another reason why Farmer might have declined a second interview:

"Apparently #Dolphins owner Stephen Ross kept calling GM candidate Ray Farmer “Roy” during interview."

If the plan was for Farmer to become the GM, why wouldn't he be involved in the HC search? For once, use your brain and stop thinking up these conspiracy theories in your garage.

I didn't expect Farmer to become GM that quickly. Thought Banner would get another year, especially after Haslam allowed him to run the coaching search.

So Farmer declined to become GM of the Dolphins, so that hopefully down the road he could become the GM of the Browns, which you claim, is a terrible organization? lolfail
