I would lol at their face of they asked for Phil Taylor to be included with our starting QB. I rather judge Phil off all the positives reviews I heard about him + his numbers last year instead of one fucking preseason game. Come on br, we ain't winning a SB this year. Why the fuck would you trade your best DT for an aging injury prone wr? That's beyond idiotic.
Johnson put up 1400 yards last year, 1600 the year before. He still has 3-5 good years left in him.

Yes like I said, he is currently out with a hammy.

And you're reaching referring to Taylor as a "stud." He's good but not great. Again, another Cleveland fan overvaluing "ok" talent.
Wiggins wouldn't be unhappy in Cleveland lol he was told he's being trades to Minnesota so his PR guy had Self release a statement saying wiggins wants to play in Minnesota because that's what he should say. If someone was being trades to Cleveland, wouldn't you want them to say "I want to play in Cleveland."?

Just how the publicity game is played.

And come on, Phil Taylor "ok" talent?

He does? How many good 38 yr old WRs are there?

Also guess how many 10+ TD seasons he's had?

Spoiler: Same amount of games you've been to. 0

Did pretty well for me in fantasy last year. Didn't find the end zone much. Don't want to trade Phil for him though.

Hoyer and the Bills 2015 4th seem to be more than enough for a 33 y/o WR.

Aww, bitch boy's got nothing so he's gotta go to the "you haven't been to any games."

    BTW...how was the Pride Parade?

    You're going full retard now.

Not sure why anyone would trade PT when he is on his rookie contract for an aging WR who is always hurt. Not to mention we would already be giving up our QB.

Is PT just a name you threw out or did you read this somewhere? I can't imagine the FO being that dumb.

Taylor was a name I saw as potentially being part of the package. It is supposedly either Hoyer & Taylor or Hoyer and a pick. I think Hoyer & Taylor WOULD be too much to give up but I'm not in love with Taylor's game and think he's a "stud" like others.

I'm thinking that Taylor would be the "value" in that trade because Hoyer has minimal value, imo. Pretty sure the Pats wanted to move Mallett to Houston and all the Texans offered was a 6th.

Vintage Greg Little - gets 3 steps on the DB down the sideline, wide open, ball hits him right in both hands... and you can guess the rest

I was merely staying the the Texans already have a strong D-line.

If you could trade an injured old QQing overpaid WR for a stud young team friendly contract DT, you'd do it regardless of dline depth was my point.
  • Commander of Awesome
Also is Hoyer that much of an upgrade over Fitzpatrick? Trading for Hoyer and giving up your franchise WR makes ZERO sense for the texans. This whole scenario is beyond dumb from either side.

Yeah so the Patriots should trade Gronkowski and 3 1st rounders for Andrew Luck because he's on a friendly rookie contract and Gronkowski is often injured anyway.

    Your logic. Is terrible.

WTF is up with the NFL not coming out about Gordon?

I am thinking he doesnt get suspended for the season with this delay.

I doubt this rumor is true. But I do wonder if hoyers attitude is starting to make the browns uneasy. If he loses the job is he even going to help out manzeil at all. Because it doesn't sound like he's mentored him at all so far. Then hoyers comments yesterday came off as super whiny and defensive.
  • Pick6
Have to agree with everyone but BR. You don't include Hoyer and Taylor for Johnson.

Your arguement against my logic is terrible. How does including 3 1st = Phil Taylor? Lol nice fail

Every interview I've heard from Manziel gives the impression that Hoyer is helping him out a lot. Hoyer is no Peyton Manning but he's not doing himself any favors by pressing in this competition. You can tell he sees JFF over his shoulder and he's choking, big time.

The longer this drags out, the better off you'd think he'd be. If Goodell gives him the full season, he's really sticking it to the Browns.

Someone should just tell him "pssst, Roger.....Johnny Football to Josh Gordon is good for the league.....give him a pass."

Let me summarize. I would not trade PT for AJ.
The Texans do not need D-line just like the Patriots don't need a QB. Just because PT is a good player, does not mean the Texans want him. Depth is nice, but if you already have depth you are not allocating your roster resources effectively.

Sorry I had to explain this logic like I was talking to a 3-year old.

Dline depth is completely different than QB depth. Have you ever played football? Your example was horrible at best.
